Had a excellent experience! Diana our salesperson was great and took time to show us the beautiful slabs of stone and quartz. They have such a large selection of stones to choose from. I choose 2 beautiful slabs of granite.They came out and measured and the 2 gentleman that removed my old countertops and installed my granite were professional and did a outstanding job. I couldnt be more pleased. Love my new countertops!! I highly recommend Stone Art Creations!

Best selection, Diana is great, craftsmen are great. I build and remodel homes and found the best selection of stone here. If your looking for the unusual and not the cookie cutter stuff this is it. They also have a great selection of custom tile. Met with the owner over a difficult kitchen piece I wanted but one piece, not in sections, it had twelve sides and had to fit into three windowsills. They got it done. The best as far as I’m concerned.

Love my counter tops the company knows the procedure starting with Dayana in sales, she given me great price and let me know how everything would go and follow up to make sure I was happy. To the man that done template name Leo, which help with some great ideals for the layout. Also the man that done the cut and layout was awesome his name is Rogelio, he made sure the stone was all going the same direction as well as color pattern alignment. Then came the Installers Guilherme & Steve that done a stellar job and clean up behind themselves. I would highly recommend this company, leadership come from top down and each person knew their jobs.

Our sales associate Abigail was very knowledgeable and coordinated the process from sale to installation, a great asset to the company. The term you get what you pay for comes to mind. My husband and I have saved for years to be able to do some remodeling. We were offered an affordable price not realizing that a discounted priced meant excluding quality service and product. Diana(sp) was amazing. She was very knowledgeable and courteous. However, everything else from meeting appointment times, installation and quality of product was subpar at best. After installation, I expressed that I was concerned about the dullness of the countertop, water spots and scratches. A gentlemen was sent over to look at the issue and basically told us there was nothing he could do and left. As expected, we have not heard from anyone as to possible solutions. I was so excited for this remodel but this experience has left me so heartbroken. Basically I am stuck looking at dull, scratched/chipped countertops. This is the place to go if you want someone to take your money and run.

We had both of our bathroom counters and whole Kitchen upgraded to granite by this company. We were very pleasantly surprised by their professionalism, work ethic and craftsmanship. Especially Sharon the front desk sales professional, made us feel comfortable and part of the process from the very beginning. I was in your warehouse last week had the worst experience with your customer servuce. I have worked with Sharon in the past and always had a great experience, where did she go? I choose wisely where my money is spent.

They chipped my granite counters and installed them chipped with a botched “fix” hoping we wouldn’t notice. Well, we noticed!! And now they are refusing to fix the problem. The only fix they offered to do is to PAINT the chunk they chipped and filled with epoxy to cover up! I didn’t pay thousands of dollars for chipped granite to have it painted! I’m disgusted with this company. I have all the text from the installer saying yes, it was chipped, it never should have been installed like that, etc. and they still won’t fix it. So now I have to take them to court. Stay FAR away!!

We just had granite countertops & matching bathroom vanity tops replaced. The job was measured & installed perfectly. Octavio & Joel we’re masters at their trade. The kitchen & both bathrooms came out ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!!!SHARON back at the showroom was right on top of helping us pick out the granite and answering any questions we had. SHARON kept us updated on every step of the process from template to installation. She was in constant contact with us which was a very good felling... After ten years of having rather mediocre laminate countertops in our kitchen and baths we decided to forgo a cruise or two and redecorate our kitchen and baths. As we age we know well spend even more time in our home so we decided to make it a little nicer. Fortunately we went to Stone Art Creations first. Honestly we had a bit of trepidation; granite is expensive and very permanent.At Stone Art we found some really beautiful rock. While awaiting the fabrication of our slabs we returned several times to match the paints for our walls and stains of our future cabinets. Sharon, the Stone Art manager was most helpful with her suggestions and had a really good eye for color .Finally the kitchen and bathrooms were ready for the install. The team of 3 artisans who had shaped the rock slabs, installed them and WOW!!! did they do a good job! Their work was impeccable and so beautiful! Even the grain in the side splash panels flowed with the pattern from the rock, from nature. And these true artisans even left our home immaculate.Thank you Stone Art Creations. We absolutely love our granite.!!!

We shopped various granite shops for new vanity top and accessory pieces. Stone Art Creations had a great selection (almost too many choices), but they were able to direct us to the right Stone for our project. We needed specialty pieces for shelves, shampoo insets, shower seat, and wall end caps, and they were not only willing to work with us, but gave us pricing that substantially beat the others - and one of those was using remnant pieces. So pleased and we continue to recommend them to others. Future projects they WILL be included!

They have the best price around. I got quotes from other companies in Sarasota, Bradenton and Port Charlotte. The quote offered by Stone Art Creation of SW was a excellent surprise for my budget. They have a large variety of material, it was hard to pick one. The installation was done on time was promissed and I am happy with the final results. I highly recommend them.

I called to have a free estimate done at my home, they told me to come in first to pick out some stones me and my fiance would like. so we come in pick out some of are favorites then they tell us they will be at are home that Friday, so I take the day off of work cause we have been waiting to finally get new counter tops, well long story short they never showed up. I called to ask if they were still coming out and they told me they completely forgot????!!! How do you forget about a client who is ready to make a purchase and you had me on your calendar. Im sorry but that is unacceptable.

I originally purchased marble for my countertops from a large multi-location store. The quality of the fabrication was so substandard that I had to file a small claims to get my money back which was court ordered.Sharon at Stone Art Creations was 1 of 3 new quotes that I received to reinstall quality and professional countertops. The location in Port Charlotte is fairly new but the owner and staff have years of experience. My experience with Stone Art Creations was top shelf and saved me money in the process. Sharon in the Port Charlotte location was the best!! She helped every step of the way with picking the right granite, backsplash and color scheme. Sharon listened to my needs and was very patience when I made several trips to pick out the perfect backsplash to compliment the new granite kitchen countertops. Purchased marble kitchen counter-tops to update our kitchen. The install of the tops was poor at best. Took a day off to wait for installers because was not given a morning or afternoon appt. Day of install was given a 5pm appt. Thanks, could have worked that day but at least its getting installed. 6pm no call, no installers, 630pm nothing 7pm call that said we are broken down will call back if we can still install this evening. 8pm I call them. Cancel for the evening but it doesnt matter as still broke down. NO COMMUNICATION Lost a days wages.Next day, noon appt. Lost afternoon wages now. Showed up on time.During install used my saws. Really. Have a pass thru sink window as a lot of us do. It no longer opens closes without binding. Tried to install new single hole faucet but installer did not consider the sink hole already in the sink, which they have has now for a month,, arbitrarily, eye balled, the placement of the hole. Faucet cannot be installed and in fact the locking nut broke because of no solid surface area to tighten to. Half sink half counter. Loss of cost of new faucet. Purchased a more expensive faucet, loss of more $$$ and installed. Shop was contacted but owner will not call me back. These are indisputable facts, not opinion. Make up your own mind.
