Be sure to check your receipt!! Found mistakes two weeks in a row. They are nice but first week charged $2.49 for an item that was on sale for $.99. Then this week was charged $1.29 for item on sale for $.99. It has happened several times over the years. Just always double check. The computer is only as smart as the people entering the info and we are only human.

All Publix are very slow to prepare subs, but this won all others. I waith 30 min for M... to prepare 2 subs. Incredible! Ask subway how to do this. Thanks Hayro that save my day and prepared my sub in 5 min.

Friendly. Theyll help you find things. The bogo stuff is usually a good selection. Produce, meat, frozen assortments fresh and still mostly affordable. Pharmacy is very nice. Ya gotta love the bakery and deli. They wont let me move in however!

Well stocked. Not nearly as cramped feeling as the one in Englewood. Very pleasant and helpful employees. I was asked if I needed help finding anything and they even offer to take your groceries to your car. Super great experience.

I usually shop at Gulf Cove Publixs but we were in Port Charlotte so we went to this Publixs store it is set up a little different but Robert in the produce department was extremely pleasant and so helpful with all of my questions

Good place to shop. Prices higher than W-Mart and less than W-Dixie. Quality great on Deli, Meats (Meat counter), and had everything i needed in stock.Store was clean. Staff friendly.

Publix is the place to shop. I get all my meats there. Because I can always go to the counter and get it cut the way I want. I as well like the fresh breads.

Nice clean store staff we encountered was super friendly. The guy in the flower area was super friendly he stopped what he was doing to take me to what i was looking for and even chatted with me along the way. This was a 1st he was great i really wish i got his name to leave it here.

Cake was made on time and looks delicious, ice cream and candles and a Cuban sandwich, in and out in ten minutes.

Its a nice store and mist everyone is very nice but the deli is definitely lacking. No organization a rude employee.

I like this Publix but go to the one on Toledo Blade have more registers open. Thats my only complaint about this Publix it seems to only have two registers open every time I go. I know its not that big of a deal and probably should write a review but maybe management will see you and start putting on a few more people.

I ordered special cupcakes for my friends going away party. The Assistant Manager, Tammy was very help full in my request. I am from out of town so I needed this done for the next day. Tammy was very accommodating to me! Thank you Tammy! Publix has a great bakery!!!

I do love Publix - the selection, the service and the cleanliness of their store. I did however just purchase a custom cake that was unacceptable to me. The writing on the cake not easily read and a corner of the cake was smashed against the box and damaged. I was given the option of paying for the cake or having them remake one for pick up the next day. I needed the cake that day so I paid for it.

Noce employees and their pharmacy is just awesome. Great people all the way around. Deli is excellent too. Cashiers are great and friendly. Love this place!

Honestly I have no complaints from the pharmacy to any other department that you might visit the customer service is spot on and the food there are more varieties than you can count youll probably find almost anything youre looking for the only thing you got to look out for is sometimes the prices can be a little bit high other than that really nice place

Surprisingly understocked. Not a single poultry item was put out yet and it was 11am on a Saturday. Definitely not impressed so far.

Came in to the Pharmacy like we have for many years and got in line behind an elderly gentleman that was leaning on the counter. The girl behind the counter was ignoring him for 7 plus minutes as she typed on the keyboard. I finally went up to him and told him to tell her he wanted service. He was leaning because he was in pain. He said he had never waited like that before. We used Optum RX previously and decided to keep our business local because of the pandemic, but they dont seem to care, so back to Optum RX we go. Publix customer service has gone way down hill lately. WE GET BETTER SERVICE AT WINN DIXIE THAN PUBLIX.

My only complaint is the younger baggers dont like to be careful with the customers products

Great employee owned grocery. I was not used to shopping at this location. Associates are throughout the store and know their inventory. Instead of telling me, they showed me where products were. VERY clean, wide aisles, beautiful deli and bakery. Following mask and sanitary procedures. Wish Publix was in Michigan. I will definitely shop this location again.

Its a smaller publix with an exceedingly helpful and friendly staff, even for publix. Unlike others, they dont have a liquor store and a limited beer selection. Golf cove would be a better publix for that selection. This is just fine with me as it never seems quite as crowded as some others.

My favorite store to shop in. Cannot beat the service, if lines start to back up the managers step in to open more registers or they themselves will cash you out. Produce has always been fresh as well as meats. Reminds me of a smaller version of Wegmans in New York State .

Bought the Fried chicken meal, chicken was hot and choice of 2 sides, Hawaiian rolls. Everything was delicious! Also we had some trouble finding an item and employee was very helpful, stopped what she was doing and took us right to the item. Cashier and bag man were very friendly and made my day better!

Grocery staff super helpful as well as cashiers and baggers. Deli is pretty good but always seem to be out of advertised items (rotisserie chicken specials and won’t substitute other flavors for the advertised item). The quality though is excellent. Maybe they just don’t anticipate the demand when they advertise. Also, subs are the best but they are very short handed during the rush, but the sandwich makers are very nice, just overloaded during lunch and dinner times. Over all, they are great. Sammy, the manager is super helpful and is always smiling and working hard. Seafood guys are awesome too! 5 stars all the way!

This is our local store and we love shopping here, however this is definitely an older and smaller Publix than were used to. The staff is great, but the deli counter can get a little hectic, especially on the weekends.
