So absolutely sick of this ice company first the owner wants nothing to do with responsibility if the machine takes your money but doesn’t give ice. Although he’s making rent on this machine plus a profit of sales “known fact” And it just so happens that he sells ice for more than double the price HMMMMM!?!? This machine in port Charlotte by the marathon has been broke for 4 days it’s a horrible company with no consideration for the people who depend on this machine to run food truck or go Fishing. The owner blames the company the company doesn’t return calls it’s a real joke! We are all getting together to go to the town and see what they say. Then we will cal weights and measures and see if the can investigate this!

I used to like these machines, but today just did it for me, one machine I used the app to pay for ice and got no ice and no money back, went down the street to another one and the card reader is broken, so when all is said and done I have no ice and out 8 dollars.
