Prices are about same as everywhere else, maybe a bit higher. But their qubic yard is a joke. If your buying stuff in bulk, I recommend you go elsewhere.

A very disappointing encounter this morning with the foul-mouthed man on duty, yelling that he was doing me a favor while trying to charge me $400 per cubic yard for crimson rock that is supposed to cost $165 per cubic yard because I wanted to measure it out and load it up myself in five-gallon buckets. (This should only matter to a person whos in the business of loading and delivering well short of a cubic yard when he gets to do it himself.) Shouts that hes the cheapest around, even though the prices at Murdock Rock Supply and J. A. Lynch are actually lower (facts dont matter to this man, though). Go elsewhere for anything approaching professional and courteous service.

Keystone rock supply goes above and beyond everytime. I consider Richard a friend as I have been doing business with keystone rock supply for 3 plus years their prices are competitive, Delivery is on time and at Christmas time there is nowhere selling better size or quality Christmas trees.

We just bought a Christmas tree here, and the transaction was very easy. All of the trees here were absolutely beautiful, and they had many to choose from. A lot better than the ones we saw at Home Depot and Lowes, and the employees wanted to make sure we found a tree that we loved. They had a lot of Christmas spirit, and were flexible with the prices too. They cut off whatever you want, and help you load it on to the truck. Also, they gave us a set of ornament hooks on the house with our trees. So kind!

Called ahead to verify on prices. Stopped by and they were closed 15 minutes before their stated closing time. It’s a shame they made themselves look bad to my clients. 0/10 would not recommend.

As I finally ventured to attempt landscaping my yard with no clue or education in that department, I did some research. Needless to say, as a woman I know the risk off being ripped off, but I guess someone was looking out for me when I came across Keystone Rock Supply and it’s incredible owner and staff. They taught me about cubic yard and exactly what I should purchase to have the best results. Mr Henry and Roy assisted me in having the supplies delivered especially those that they didn’t carry. I will definitely say to anyone please don’t hesitate to trust them, also their prices were truly the best in town and yes I researched that as well. Thank you Mr Henry and Roy!

Friendly staff, great prices

Amazing customer service, you can definetly tell that the people who work here care about how they treat you and how you are feeling while doing business. I would strongly recommend them to everybody I know. They have excellent Christmas Trees as well, and not only are they large, full, and living trees, but they are also much cheaper than the trees at other bigger name stores, despite being of higher quality. Very strongly recommend!

Great price and amazingly fast delivery. We bought 2 and a half yards of rock and by the time we were getting in our car to leave, they were already loading in the truck to deliver!

The WORST customer service I have EVER dealt with in my life. While loading a Christmas tree a man broke the handle inside my. Accidents happen, understandable, but we were expecting the business to take some responsibility. We didn’t even get a sorry or even some remorse!

If you need quality stone and rock without a lot of dirt, this company outstands all companies in the area. The owner Richard stands by his product. Tell him what you need and he will deliver👍. I work with lots of stones being a landscaper and his product outshines other rock supply companies..

Terrible customer service. I am looking to do a large job and the gentleman manning the counter offered absolutely zero help and was rude. Try other places.

If you want to be treated like a second class citizen by third class People go there and you wont be disappointed.I walked onto the office and asked if they had any large landscape boulders, an oversized lump of a man that who never got out of his chair pointed an said over there. I took a few minutes and walked around the lot by myself to looked at a few large rocks.When I returned to the office and asked how much for a particular stone the man said $0.28 per pound. I said thats reasonable, how much do you think that rock weighs / costs? Instead of getting off of his @$$ to help a customer he just sat there as if I was disturbing him. I turned around, got in my truck and drove off. I would have given this place 0 stars if that was possible. Avoid this place at all cost.
