I will forever be a customer at Charlotte Muffler. This is a one man operation. This is an old school guy that’s fairly priced and does excellent work! This guy really knows his stuff. It took me a week to get an appointment but it was well worth the wait.

Professional, knowledgeable, friendly with reasonable prices. Would recommend.

Exhaust pipe broke on my 2008 Corolla at the flange just before the muffler. Went to Midas and they quoted me $387.10 to replace the exhaust and muffler from flange back.Something did not sit right with me because I thought my exhaust system was stainless and the person quoting me said it was not. He said the pipe was rusted and when I looked at it myself, it appeared fine.Brought my car into Charlotte Muffler to get a 2nd opinion after reading reviews here.Ted told me the pipes were fine, and the original muffler and pipes were in fact Stainless as I suspected. $60 later my car was repaired and I was able to keep my original Toyota stainless muffler.I highly recommend this shop. Ted, is a friendly guy and a honest owner operator. HIs pricing is more than fair. I should note that he only does work based on appointments.

Charlotte muffler installed a h-pipe, mufflers, and tailpipes on my 94 mustang 5.0. I dropped it off early in the morning and was done in the afternoon, the work was very professional and the welds are absolutely perfect. If i need more work done im definitely coming back to charlotte muffler.
