After searching many companys for hospital bed rental and getting ridiculous price quotes I called this company and got a reasonable price and really great service. Many thanks Natalie. You made a dark time a little brighter for me.

I came into store yesterday and asked salesperson if she knew if Medicare covered cost of wheelchair. Her answer was “wheelchairs start at $399 and we have nothing to do with Medicare or insurance. She couldn’t have been more dismissive or unfriendly.

Went to pick up a scooter today, but didnt take it because it was filthy! Remnants of previous user...blood or iodine not cleaned. Lady acted insulted when we commented on the condition of the scooter. Said she had to wait for him to get out of the bathroom. Customer service skills lacking!A new scooter was delivered! Changed review after a swift & friendly resolution. Thank you

I called to ask about physical therapy equipment on Monday morning, 8/17/2020. When the lady on the phone told me their pricing, I mentioned other places were over $70.00 less. Before I could ask if they price matched, she freeking hung up on me!! STAY AWAY!!

Update 10/23/2018. Called to get a buzz aroung scooter. Said she would have get from the warehouse. Ok. Will call when she gets it in..ok. That was on 10/18/2018. Needed it by 10/21/2018. Have NOT received a call yet. An I dont think I ever will. BAD business Got the scooter across the street. It was cheaper then the price at this place. Unity Medical is the place to go. NOT HERE.. Check it out. You will like them better. An they have it right there...( strike 2) . Your out...... If you are to be a medical store, you should have all medical needs. Including anything that or woman needs.Not to have an item that a woman uses everyday. And you do not have it in stock and have to order it. The most common thing that a woman uses after her pregnancy and you do not have it. Why would a woman want to wait to order the medical device that she needs for her baby.Warning to all do not call no go to the store you will waste your time..
