Friendly staff, helpful staff. Good location. Easy in and out everytime i go. Obviously not cheaper than the internet, but never an hassle, no shipping, and very convenient...also, its next to hubbas...im just saying...

Absolutely worst place you can go to. Prices make no sense whatsoever. Go to mamaroneck or WP. Totally not worth it. Attempt to ask for a free cigarette after they bend you over. Awful awful business!!

Awesome head shop, great glass and in the past few years they updated their inventory to that of a vape lounge. They have a wide variety of glass, although its not cheap glass it will take a beating. They have candles and help wick, pipe screens, pipe cleaners, auto rollers and much much more. This is the best smoke shop for miles and miles.

I have not purchased anything yet but I had to tell everyone the man I spoke with on the phone was so friendly and full of information. My husband and I will be going to purchase the e cigarette kits as soon as we can. I cant imagine finding a more helpful place to shop

The help here desperately needs help. They either dont know enough about the stores products, or theyre too lazy or busy talking to their friends to want to be bothered assisting you. On more than one occasion I was told they were out of something and I had to point out that I could actually see what I was asking for from where I was standing. Instead of an apology, I was given a grumble and he walked to the register to tell me the cost. Excuse me young man, Im not done! Way to Up-sell. On other occasions I was given the wrong item entirely. Its much farther to go to white plains, but worth it, not only for the better prices, but the overall experience. The manager should really consider if not getting rid of these rude, lazy young guys...at least training them to know their product and be courteous.

Nice store, staff was helpful. Although it comes up as a “cigar shop” they do not sell cigars.

By far one of the worst smoke shops Ive been to the staff lady acts like shes doing me a favor by helping me with glass and is not knowledgeable at all
