The most unprofessional place I have ever worked with. Do not waste your time here. Mistakes happen, but a business who can’t apologize or make it right and instead is abbreviate and curses and it’s clients does not deserve our business.EDITED TO ADD AFTER REPLY FROM OWNER: I am not frustrated at the misunderstanding or lack of delivery. I am flabbergasted at the curse words, overall demeanor and rude behavior of their employees when I called. They were flat out unprofessional from the get go. I was not irate from the misunderstanding, I was irate from the treatment I got when I called from the person who (eventually) hung up on me after calling me a liar and cursing at me and not providing a single apology. In fact, I asked her to apologize and told her we can just move on and she said I didnt deserve an apology because it is their policy not to leave the flowers. When I asked why I was not contacted by email or any other means, there was silence on the other line. Conveniently, they knew my email later on and also seem to know who I am here even though my name doesnt match the order. Funny how for a bad review you can find out the customers information, but for a timely delivery you cant go above and beyond by sending an email. I ordered from another flower shop when I was hung up on and they delivered it in under an hour :)

Slightly cheesy website, but they delivered a lovely flower arrangement that matched its photo. My wife was delighted and I would certainly order from them again. Tip — always order from a florist directly if possible; FTP and its competitors take a massive cut and dont know what flowers are actually locally available and fresh. Youll get better results, and the florist will be more fairly paid, if you leave out the middleman.

Westchester flower shop created the bouquets for my October 2018 wedding. They were STUNNING! This flower shop goes above and beyond when it comes to servicing the customer and sitting with you to create the arrangement of your dreams. Id like to say thank you! once again. OUTSTANDING! Jerry is an exceptional florist in all aspects- his floral arrangements are exceptional in terms of creativity and color and flower selection, and his work ethic is stellar. His PRICE cant be beat- very reasonable compared to many others we met with and then on top of his good prices, provided us with more robust arrangements at our wedding than what we even contracted for. He takes a lot of pride in his workmanship and this is so apparent in his flower arrangements. He also made us a chuppah. It was breathtaking and very reasonably priced as well. On top of all this, he is extremely reliable, organized and very easy to work with. Who would have thought flowers would be the easiest part of the wedding planning!! Jerry is an experienced florist who combines his knowledge of flowers and artistic eye to really give an outstanding final product . We could not have been more pleased with everything Jerry did for our wedding. I am a very detailed person and very particular, and for someone like myself, it is rare to find a person who exceeds my expectations!!!

Mr. Bokay did the centerpieces for my baby shower this past weekend and I couldnt have been more happy when I saw them! They were so beautiful that all of my guests took them home at the end of the party. Jerry was extremely easy to work with from the beginning all the way up to the day of the event! Id highly recommend this florist for any event you have - big or small.

Called all the way from Nebraska to send to send flowers to my mom in the hospital in Westchester. I dont know anything about flowers told them to send something nice and they did an amazing job!
