I am a pretty skeptical person and when I was contacted by Cawood Honda the same day I posted my car for sale online, I was fairly confident that it was a scam. As messages were exchanged and I reviewed their online profile I grew a little more confident in the communication being legit.We struck a deal on the price, but I was still cautious on what information I shared. Heck I wouldnt even send him a full picture of the title, only snippets to prove such things like there was no lien on the vehicle.The day came for the exchange. They met me at my house in the evening, they worked with my schedule to make it as user friendly on me as possible. The two guys that came to get the car we pleasant, we shared a few small talk jokes, they handed me the check and they were off.I wanted to wait to write this review until the money was actually deposited into my checking account. Wasnt going to write a good review if I had just been scammed out of a car. My wife went to the bank with the check the next day and within 10 minutes I was checking the balance while I was sitting at my desk at work. Sure enough the money was sitting in the bank.Easiest transaction I think I have ever had when it comes to larger purchases. The last large purchase I had was a TV and the sale of my car through Cawood Honda was easier than that.

This dealership is honest! They inquired about my 2018 Ford Edge - they made a good offer - we accepted - they sent me a photo of the cashiers check - two days later they had two men come to pick up the car. Everything they did was clear and honest.

Purchased vehicle from out of town and had it shipped. Process was smooth and paperwork was done correctly. COUNTLESS problems with the vehicle that were not disclosed prior to sale, paid premium price and expected a car that would at least pass a safety inspection. Now I have to spend thousands more on unexpected repairs just to have a safe vehicle on the road. Do not purchase from this dealer unless you can check out the car in person. Unless of course you’d like to buy shocks, replace brake rotors, battery, headlight, motor mounts, mass air flow sensor, belt tensioner, radiator fan shroud, light bulbs, repair dents and twisted bumper, hole in seat, repair wiring and loose transmission shifter all before you can drive and enjoy your $25k used vehicle!! This thing should have been priced AT LEAST $5k less or they should have repaired the problems before listing it. Sure it’s a 2009 with 90k miles on it. There are going to be issues. But not like this. And not hidden through non-disclosure. Maybe I just had a horrible salesperson that did a great job of purposely hiding all of the problems, I don’t know. When I sent him a message listing all of the issues with the vehicle and said how dissatisfied I was, you know what they did? Nothing. Not even a response. Just onto the next sucker. I could never recommend this dealer to anyone, and if I could give them 0 stars I would.

Overall experience was great! The particular vehicle I was purchasing was a used vehicle that had just been brought to Cawood and hadnt been fully serviced yet. I agreed to wait for them to look the vehicle completely over and service anything that needed to be done. They put new tires, brakes, rotors and a new timing-chain gasket on it before picking it up. My only small complaint was communication between me and my salesman as to when it would be ready for pick-up... that being said I completely understand that they are extremely busy at this time with vehicles being hard to come by and are selling fast. I was able to contact other parts of the sales team to receive information regarding details. Their teamwork and professionalism with their team and customers was greatly appreciated!

The wholesale manager was unwilling to take a hold deposit on a wholesale car until the inspection was done. I am a pre-qualified buyer ready to buy. I was paying for the inspection and made arrangements for the inspection. I was willing to put a hold deposit to show my intent to purchase. I live 2.5 hours away and was not going to waste 5 hours of my time driving unless the vehicle was worth it. Their decision walked a qualified customer on the hopes of someone else. I cannot recommend this company as a result.
