Great service. Amanda runs a great store and Emiley ask the right questions to get us exactly what we needed.

One of the Male employees decided to bring up covid and why he is hesitant on the vaccine in general. He also said he is very skeptical as the CEO of Pfizer wont even get the vaccine and he created it. He then made a reference to politics. As an ICU nurse that has tagged, bagged, & stacked far too many bodies this past year and a half related to covid I find it offensive that a store employee would even bring that subject up. I honestly dont think any business should be bringing up their personal opinions on vaccines or politics to their customers. It is inappropriate. If it were not the fact that Im in a group plan I would be leaving AT&T altogether.

Unfortunately, I have to change this rating because I assume the sales person was not familiar with their promotions. AARP does not apply to my account and I had to call support to get the activation fee waived despite the friendly staff telling me it was waived even though it was not. So now I have this useless AARP membership that I PAID for and I do not receive anything from. Thanks! Paying for a bill that I did not budget for, but thats my fault for not assuming the staff knew what they were doing.Original review:Absolutely wonderful experience. Love going there, Amanda is the only reason I go there. She’s really smart! They make sure your taken care of in less than 5 minutes and they make sure they fix your problem.

They were so helpful. I went in with an issue with my direct TV bill and came out with a new phone and my bill resolved. They knew exactly how ro ger a hold of the correct person at Direct TV to resolve my issues. And offered a great deal on a new phone.

Our Galaxy 20 Ultra phones still havent been credited, what is taking so long is been over 3-4 months? Im still paying 92.00 a month. You credited Dionte phone but not the other 3 Galaxy 20 Ultras. My daughter had called several times and we went up there in person twice. Would appreciate quick response to this inquiry, thank you Darlene Ratliff

This AT&T retailer is the best. I’ve never received anything but outstanding service from them in a helpful and non-condescending way. They go out of their way to fix the problems and keep the customer happy. They sell you something new when you need it, but are not pushy about trying to upgrade your purchase. When I was totally at the end of my rope dealing with AT&T over the phone, they came to my rescue. I’m also impressed with how long some of the employees have been working there. That says something good about them too. They are handling their curbside service with efficiency. Thanks especially to Emiley and Ryan. You have my business forever. Keepup the good work.

Impressive Customer Service! Definitely Recommend! We came in on a very busy Saturday to switch over our phone plan to AT&T (which can be a very lengthy process). Amanda walked us through everything throughly and was extremely patient. She was able to multitask proficiently and help other customers along the way. I was very impressed with the patience and professionalism shown by their entire crew. We had an issue with our previous carrier and Amanda was very helpful. I have received good service since the first time I came to this store. Employees very helpful and friendly. Came to the store today to get a problem on my phone fixed which was not AT&Ts fault and they had my problem fixed in about 2 minutes. They also explained some new features on my Direct TV that I did not know about, very helpful staff.Highly recommended.

The best customer service I have ever experienced! They greeted me right as I walked through the store and answered every question I had. They made sure my new account was up to date and helped me through the whole process of getting a new phone! Amanda, Logan, and Nick are some the nicest people I have ever met. Everytime I enter a cellular outlet I feel scammed or cheated. The sales tricks and and gimmicks are not tolerable. The up sells, high pressure and dishonesty of the bill is always a pain in the but. Well not this time. The sales associate was supper helpful. My wife and I own our phones with no contact and live overseas 6 months of the year. The 4 other retailers that we stopped and talked to only wanted to keep us on a contract in order to keep our numbers. This store made it possible to keep our numbers for a fraction of the price while were are gone.

Its not a corporate store so you wont get the expertise for technical questions or problems that you.. might... at the official store or over the phone with customer service. That being said, getting expertise anywhere from this company can be somewhat of a unicorn. Overall the staff was friendly and did their best to try and help. Plus its nice to have options.

Misleading sales persons, my bill is nothing like they said when I upgraded. The guy working had better things to do when I went into rectify the situation as he left me standing for 15 minutes with no notice. I highly recommend going to a different location.

I am normally very politically correct, however, my experience with this store has left me speechless! I would honestly burn my money before I ever walked in that door again. $50 dollar fees that the store across the street in the mall doesnt have, $30 dollars to put a screen protector on your phone, taxing you at the maximum value of the phone, instead of the actual price with an upgrade, VERY poor suggestive selling. It is more like continuous pestering. Telling them I want one phone, but having them persist to tell me I would much rather have a different phone, only to find out they receive more on the commission with the other phone. OH, and by the way now you need to purchase another sim card! That is when I walked out. They had racked up $200 in fees and charges and that wasnt even the $199 that I was about to pay for my phone. I took 5 minutes and went across the street to another AT&T store in the mall and within the hour I had purchased the following; iPhone 5, iPhone 4S, Otterbox, Case for the iPhone 4S, car charger, and a screen protector. I walked out the door only spending $237 and some change. This store had me at $400 dollars and that was with no accessories that was just the iPhone 5 cost with all there little fees and charges.

Not to happy to do business at the curbside

Looking at some reviews that say this location had the best customer service...around town, makes me think that maybe this place is the kind of business that shows preferential treatment towards friends and family, but acts irritated, impatient, and just plain rude to customers who are essentially strangers. I was previously a customer with AT&T and went into this particular store multiple times and beared the brunt of someones bad day...consistently. The way that the staff at this location treats customers with disrespect is the reason I ended up switching phone carriers. Bad business model, folks.

The customer service leaves an awful lot to b desired. Will useTHe the mall store from now on. If l wasnt under contract l would be at Verizon. Im sorry I went with at&t. Went there for service, Teresa were four employees and two customers. I waited for over fifteen minutes for someone to help me. I got fed up waiting for this employee to get off his laptop and help me so I left and went to the mall store nd was in and out in about five minutes with the problem solved. I will be avoiding this store and using the mall store from now on.
