Terrible. Never came to fill ice chest when scheduled. Sit on hold for at least 30 minutes every time you call.

Probaly the worst company to deal with ever

Great company to work for. Very hard working co workers who just want the best. Very accommodating. Very clean facility. Everyone takes pride in their work. Work n home balance is important to everyone and you get that with AG. They do the very best they can to get customers what they need. They have made many changes in their systems to assure customers get product quickly.

No Customer service at all and they never delivered when they were supposed to. I had to call 4 and 5 times to get deliveries, then they never showed up! Even went there and tried to buy ice for my party store and they wouldnt sell to me.

They are the worst company to order from. They dont deliver when they schedule you and have no customer service at all.

This co. is the worse co you can deal with no deliveries in 2 months called for ice orders for more than 2 months no deliveries and no ice i lost my ass on sales i have a new co. now and am waiting for them to pick up there freezers that might take a year beware of them they really suck.
