Good business people. Have used them off and on throughout the years - multiple times I have gotten locked out because of my not paying on time at times - its part of how they do business and is respectable! Communicate with them and they will work with you where they can. Wouldnt choose any other storage facility to do business with.

I was charged for 5 gallons of fuel for driving a total of 6.6 miles in their uhaul truck. Unless the truck only gets 1.32 miles per gallon, they just took advantage. As someone who knows all about trucks, even 18 wheelers average 5-7 mpg (just to clarify that 1.32 is absurd). It was likely because I estimated I would drive 20 miles and only drove 6.6, so they made up the difference where they could to get the most amount of money from a 5 hour rental. Not only will I never use them or uhaul again, I will advise friends and family to go elsewhere for their moving and storage needs.

The staff are extremely helpful in finding you the perfect unit! Very nice facility, 10/10 would recommend!

So-so experience. Building was fairly clean but office personal loves to tell what they want you to hear then plays dumb until you call them out. Last time doing business here.

Great facility great prices friendly staff

They love throwing locks up if youre late at all. But theyre always friendly. No complaints really except the drive is very narrow for some and lots of blind spots.

These people are amazing, they worked with me when I couldnt pay my Storage on time they let me work it out!! I had a great experience will use them if I ever need to again!!

Never again will i rent a storage with them again. First night putting my things in there the lift machine to get my things in the 2nd floor went out. Call the emergency number which is Ashley over 30 times she did not answer the phone. So i had to get my things up there by taking the swirling stairs they have. Then i had to call the number before because i forgot the code and i couldn’t find my envelope with the code on it. The owner had the nerve to said it not his fought that i didn’t have the call and that Ashley is only to be reach for emergency. Well where was Ashley when the lift wasn’t working? 2nd of all i only rented the storage because of the storm. So basically it was a waiting process for my apartment to get ready and a uncertain date of when i can move in. So when i finally got a call to at least put a deposit down towards my apartment. I went to the storage company and told the man what was going on cause he said something about a 10 day notice. But by me just putting my deposit down towards my apartment i still couldn’t move in which i told him that and also told him I’m really not for sure when i will be able to move my things into it. Let me get straight to the point. I couldn’t get my $25 deposit back because of the so call policy TSSA created from what the owner said. But comes to find out TSSA don’t really have control over what goes on the policy rules. So basically the owner lied to my face. Sad part is i gave the card back in the same condition they gave it to me and still move my things out the last day of the month before the 1st of the month charges. And told him about my complaint. Only reason why i storage with them cause the ones i original use was full. So if you need a storage let this bs business be the very very very last resort. I wish i could add a picture of where a customer comment on here saying they work with them when they could not pay they storage on time. So basically they got the fees waiver by couldn’t give me back my deposit when i always had my storage rent paid before the 5th.

New owners are making great changes! lots of sizes in climate control too. Glad theyre here!

Well run and nice friendly staff

Had a reservation for15 ft. uhaul truck. When we got there no truck available. Told they would call when one was available. Still no call back after two days.

Didnt get my deposit back cause some written rule they make for them,will never use it again,they did took the card back only reason use them cause of storm and my regular storage place was full,which they dont have that written rule smh
