The most amazing experience I have ever received when getting car repairs. I needed new rotors and brake pads and had to hit the road for a 10 hour trip. With the help of Christian and the store manager, they were able to move some things around and got me in without an appointment and on the road in an hour. Such awesome customer service and I am extremely grateful for their willingness to treat an out of towner like family.

I had a tire emergency. They got me in very quickly. They were so friendly and helpful! My mother has been going here for over 20 years. They are very honest, and treat her just like family. Love these guys!

Hands down, I will use this place for everything going forward.I take good care of my car, but made a mistake and ruined one of my exhausts.They got me in, and within one half hour fixed it for me, and went above and beyond to help me with something else.This place is solid. I’m a somewhat single girl, boyfriend flies five days a week, and I’m leaving my usual go to for oil changes, tires and etc. for Tuffy Port Orange.And FYI, their prices are right on point, even a little less.I don’t write reviews, this is the third ever. I ask a lot of question and Mark was very friendly and not rushed like most places.. Late on a Friday, I had an alignment, balance and rotate the tire, oil change and inspection. The work was superb and my car of 104,000 miles, drives like a dream and the price was much lower than everyone else. The crew at Tuffy is top notch! CJ, the service manager, is a good friend and will take care of you. The shop is clean and prices are not marked up. Dealer service at small shop prices, with that friendly small shop atmosphere. Also a comfortable lobby with wifi, tv, refreshments and a charging station.

4runner running really rough. Tuffy diagnosed 2 fuel injectors. Quoted at 1k for replacing all recommended since labor the same. Came in 20% under quote! When does that EVER happen !?

The staff was on the ball. The problem I had with my vehicle they were able to tell me the problem and was honest about the fact they couldnt fix it without an after market part that would probably need to be fixed again in 2 months from time of replacement.

So lucky to have this place in a time of need. I was traveling home to Massachusetts with my husband, 3 sons and my dog where in our minivan when our alternator started to die on Interstate 95. We were able to get to the next exit and find Tuffys that ordered the part and replaced it in 3 hours! Great company! The service was excellent and the people were great. This is the type of company if I lived around here I would give my business to. Forever thankful for them.

We bring both our cars here, only mechanics we trust! They are very honest and they have done great work on the cars. I especially like that they offer SNAP finance. Its based on income not credit. It helped us a great deal when we had a big expense repair. Every person we have worked with there has always been so upfront, great customer service!

Don’t come here. Even though the guy seemed very polite, and pleasant to speak with. Two words to sum this up - Liars& thieves. The person there deemed my vehicle “unsafe” on the road; trying to use the scare tactic on me. Didn’t believe them. When I went back home and took it to the mechanic I usually use. Him and two other separate places told me the car was fine. Got three other opinions all stating my vehicle did NOT need the work Tuffy’s was telling me.

Great customer service! I have brought all 3 of my trucks here for oil changes (referred from a friend). I have never had a problem with there service which is nice. I usually call them up and schedule an appt or sometimes you can get in that day. They have a coupons in the coupon books for oil changes stuff like that, but they are a full service shop. Waiting room is nice with TV and free water. 👍

I dont trust them anymore. Took a 6 year old Hyundai in for an oil change, 6 weeks later the engine was done. Benefit of the doubt... took my 5 year old Land Rover in for oil change 6 weeks ago and told them it was sluggish, they found nothing wrong. Now my check engine light is on. I WONT BE GOING BACK THERE EVER!

Well, Im not one who writes many reviews, but Tuffys - with a major shout out to CJ - solved an interesting problem. Tuffys has taken care of our vehicles since we moved here a dozen years ago. So, when a mother cat had her four kittens (5 weeks now) and stashed them in our engine, we were held hostage since we couldnt start the car. Tuffys (CJ) came out and rescued 3 of the 4. The next day the fourth came out on his own and we scooped him up! Would your car repairmen make a house call to deal with that? Five stars for sure!

Went to Tire Kingdom first. Sales clerk didn’t acknowledge me upon walking in. I was also thirsty since I left and forgot my water. After waiting over 5 minutes she finally acknowledges me only to let me know she will be right with me. After waiting another 5 minutes,I decided to walk out. I went to Tuffy’s next and was helped immediately. They had coffee, cold water bottles and mints as a courtesy to costumers. I went to breakfast and when I came back my tire was ready. Oh I also got new wiper blades installed.I was absolutely satisfied with my overall experience.

Way over priced and all they want to do is up sell you. And thats just the people in the front.

Great Service. Called at noon to get an estimate on replacing my brakes / rotors. Tuffys provided an estimate prior to me dropping car off, they later called after looking at my car with a lower total for approval which included the brake sensor too.Thank you.

I drive up & noticed employees standing around in open Bays.. I asked for Oil Change with 32 Point inspection & Tire Rotation... What I got was just the Oil Changed.. I am becoming a regular here. The staff here are awesome. I have had some problems with tires/ suspension, and they genuinely care that it gets repaired. They did a great job, my car is riding smooth. Very affordable pricing, much less than you might think. Glad i found Tuffy.

We called at 8:30 on Saturday morning with a serious brake problem (we own a dealership in Michigan and I am a certified mechanic) for our Toyota Highlander and really needed the vehicle that same evening to pick up a crew of boys at the Sanford Airport coming down for spring break. Good place for Auto work & they are honest to the core. Love the work they did as my serpentine belt was old & original & my power steering fluid had never been changed but its clean now & nice red color instead of dark.

These guys wont rip you off, and care about your car as much as you do! Went there for a wheel balance, and showed me why and how much it need it. I love the fact they show you what they are doing and why, and ask before they do anything so you know the price the time it would take.

When I got up to leave to go back to Atlanta on a Saturday morning I was concerned that my tire pressure warning light was on in my van. After stopping at a convenience store where the air machine was $2.50 and they had a credit card swiper on machine, I cruised around the corner of the parking lot and found Tuffy Auto center managed by Mark Scott. I cant say enough about this place, they offered me the tire gauge and an air hose and were very quick and very prompt. I went to wash my hands afterwards they were very polite and courteous and above the call. Its great to get professional polite service out of people even when they cant get anything out of you. Can you meet me in the middle?These were the words I received earlier today from tuffy. I was quoted $195 for the labour to install a fuel pump and $29.99 for an oil change. I asked is the 195 final as you dont charge tax on labour which he replied yes over the phone Saturday. I picked the truck up to a bill of over 250. I asked why so high. It should of been less than 230. The guy said as I have had a service they tax the whole bill which I was never told at point of quote. I said I wasnt happy with this and his reply was can you meet me in the middle middle at 242? I honestly thought he was joking. But he wasnt. I explained I was paying what Id been quoted which they finally agreed on. Even tho the labour came to 198. The guys here work hard but to a working man $25 is alot of money. This need to be communicated to all customers that if u add a service you charge tax on the labour as some customers may not pick this up and be paying too much. Im disappointed even as the owner came across and acted as if I was in the wrong and to me didnt want to sort it out for me and acted very disinterested.

I went for a full brake job and tire replacement and was not disappointed by how helpful everyone was, especially by Nick, who primarily did the work, and the other mechanics, whos names escape me, when I came in. Nick even let me shadow him as he did the job and educated me on exactly what he was doing. Very awesome group of people to trust working on your car.

Tuffy in Port Orange has always been upfront, polite, and fair every time, to me, family and friends. When other shops try to sell me stuff I dont need it reminds me that I should have gone here.
