As usual always great customer service and the best subs to grab. Clean, well organized, clear signage. Never have been disappointed here.

Cleanest publix I have ever seen. Shrimp and other seafood on the hot salad bar. Well organized. The loss of the 2 stars is due to the attitude of Jenny a deli worker. She rolled her eyes at me twice like I was hinder her day. And was sparky with me for absolutely no reason. I dont know of she was having a bad day or what. To add insult to injury. The Tenders are dry dry

Publix has the best meat for a supermarket. This store has a feature many other Publix stores do not a double sided meal bar. The one side the day I was there was Chinese food selections you could select from and pay by the pound. The other side is a salad bar you can choose from. Of course you can always buy one of four soups or get a great subway to go. The store has a great selection to choose from.

Place is huge they have a great selection of everything. Love the sandwich they make fresh in front of you.

Stopped in Publix due to the fabulous bakery department. While shopping for the perfect dessert we were helped by Linda K and Sandy, who were not only friendly and cheerful they help in our decision making of getting delicious fruit tart.Traveling from Boston I always look for a Publix store to do my weekly shopping.Publix is a favorite of mine for many reasons one is the great customer service and the amazing produce department.

Best thing about this particular store is that on Saturday they have multiple flavors of wings on their hot bar for $7.99 LB 11am - 2pm. Mix em up and load up!

Went to the deli to get dinner and Logan was very helpful. I used to work at Publix back in Atlanta and I know it can be stressful but Logan was very attentive, patient, and communicative. Nice job handling the dinner rush !

Made an appointment for 3:15 and another at 3:30 PM for our Moderna booster shots. We even stopped by at 1:40 to inquire whether we might even be able to get them early, but as the staff is on lunch break from 2:00 to 3:00 PM, no go.So, imagine our surprise, when we returned again at 3 PM for our appointments, the huge line and kerfuffle that greeted us. The Marine Corps has a phrase for it, along the lines of a cluster ......Incredibly poorly organized, and managed! Just awful!Really easy fix - no walk ins! period, end of story. If you dont have an appointment, dont show up.Publix - fix this now. Incredibly poor performance, no way would I ever come back here for anything other than food.You have been warned!

A Publix Deli worker named Rosel Miller told a common friend that if I ever buy sub or platter that she would spit on them. Now, my husband and I are afraid to buy food from Publix Westport.

Has gone downhill in the last year, used to be 5*. Not well stocked, produce and dairy spoil in a few days. Though it is close for us, we drive elsewhere now.

Called at night. Was told my cake wouldn’t be an issue but would need to call the next day for pricing from the cake decorator. All I asked was for a red velvet cake in a cylinder. And would like it to be like a roll of toilet paper with all the pandemic. Without a single ounce of hesitation the woman said “we won’t do that.” So I politely said never mind then and she said “okay” and hung up immediately. The reason I find this to be insulting is because I had another publix in Savannah make the cake without even a second thought earlier this year, and it turned out great. They even found it amusing. But this woman was rude and wouldn’t even attempt it. Called another publix in the area just after and they said NO PROBLEM! Publix bakery lady, acting like you’re too good for your job doesn’t get anywhere.

The guy with the alien tattoos on his forearms at the deli made me a great sub. 10/10

We love our Publix! I understand everyone has been brainwashed to be terrified of a virus, 7 months in and we choose not to wear a mask anymore we choose our immune system instead. We were literally badgered by the bag boy about not having a mask during the whole entire checkout process. My husband fought for the freedom to make the choices best for us! We did not appreciate that we don’t go to work pushing our beliefs on others!

Modern layout and convenient location.Front service staff was very nice with all items properly sacked. The bagger even assisted with unloading the cart then offered eagerly to walk the order to the cart in a fashion that would make Mr. Jenkins proud.Lost a star 🌟 for the deli.

My sub was not even edible because it was so much pepper and she didn’t even use boar’s head ham but I was charged for it..ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!

Three stars because guest services only had one team member when there was a line of five customers at the lottery and four in line for customer service. The employee used the PA service THREE times all but begging for assistance, but none arrived while I was standing patiently in the lottery line.

Received my flu shot and pneumonia shot. Nothing but courteous and polite employees. I really appreciated my $10 gift card and used it immediately on apurchase.

Too much traffic!! So crowded I only go there if I have to.

The place is nice, they have good variety, and the staff are friendly. The clientele, however, are a bunch of Karens with no masks trying to hit you with their shopping carts, unfortunately.
