Just wanted to post a thank you some people at Dovi Windows. We called a few weeks ago to have them adjust/fix some windows they originally installed in our house (2013). Bonnie was very helpful and courteous on the phone. Shes very pleasant to work with. Kelly did a great job setting up the appt. Andy, repair tech, arrived on time and did an excellent job fixing and adjusting the two windows. Hes very knowledgeable and was very efficient at repairing our windows. They work great now! Thanks again to the folks at Dovi for making your former customers feel just as important as the new customers...even if its just for some small repairs!

The installation crew is great. Scott, Ray, John, Jordan, Sheri and all of the crew worked efficiently, They were respectful of my home and property. Team members were also polite and friendly.I had 13 windows and 2 sliders replaced with impact resistance windows.

I had a very positive experience with this company. The installers Ray & John really had to think outside the box to retrofit new windows and a door into my 1950s era house.They did a great job and cleaned up everything good as new. I will not hesitate to call them for future window & door needs! Thanks guys!

We used Dovi for replacement sliders and windows. The install went great! Ray, John, & Ryan did a great job. Never have I had such neat workers in my home. Looking forward to finishing up the remaining work.

I recently moved to Port Orange, and I’ve had several workers or work teams in, to do fixes and upgrades.This is the best team I’ve worked with.These guys are professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and dare I say it? – tidy !All the window installs were bulletproof, and air tight. They did the work quickly and efficiently.Unlike my experience with other install/repair teams, this group looked like they really enjoyed their work, -and working for this company. That’s most-important !OK, Caveat: If you order windows, there’ll be a delay in getting them built by the supplier, due to the COVID-related-back-log-buffoonery.But when the windows show up, I can’t imagine a better set of installers, -to put them in for you.Muchos Kudos: Jeremy, Jordan, Brent, and Scott! Everyone at Dovi was great to work with. they helped us get all new windows in our home, along with a french door. Chase was helpful answering questions and quoting the order quickly and always responsive leading up to the installation. Scott, Jay, Dan and Ryan were great to work with on the installation days - always respectful, on time, and cleaned up after their work. Would recommend them to anyone!

I had 5 windows, a door glass, and a door wall replaced with hurricane impact PGT windows. The install by John & Ray was GREAT! They did an excellent job (and even cleaned up really well after they finished working each day). I cant say enough good things about them. And my dealings on the phone with Bonnie were the best i have ever had with anyone on the phone.I highly recommend Dovi Windows.

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE. TOP NOTICE COMPANY. HAD ALL WINDOWS REPLACE WITH HURRICANE IMPACT WINDOWS. CREW DID A GREAT JOB. JOHN AND RAY WERE GREAT, ANSWERED ANY QUESTIONS WE HAD,ON TIME EVERYDAY. AND CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES EVERYDAY. OH, AND ONLY TOOK 30 MINUITE LUNCH BREAK ON SITE. OFFICE PERSONAL WAS GREAT TOO.WOULD DEFFINETLY REFER DOVI WINDOWS TO ANYBODY FOR WINDOW INSTALL. I WILL USE AGAIN IF NEEDED. GREAT JOB DOVI.

This company delivered on any all of it commitments. They are very easy to work with. The office staff was provided great support to us and their people in the field. In particular I would like to thank all those who did the work on site.They are: Jay, Christian, Ryan, Dalvin, Dom & Simon. I hope I didnt miss anyone. Very congenial and great with explaining the process and what a beautiful outcome. My house is totally transformed. This is the go to for windows without question.

After getting multiple quotes from many different companies, we chose Dovi Windows and Doors to replace 10 of our Windows. They were not only very reasonable but they were also very knowledgeable. Steve Rubin was quick to come out and give me an estimate and he made the whole process very easy. They did an amazing job! I would highly recommended them.

Just dont-not if they were the last place on earth, I wouldnt give them a penny. Terrible customer service from start to finish. Installation was done poorly but I just couldnt deal with them anymore so I have a screen door that doesnt lock and blows around when its windy.....Adam gives a lot of lip service but actions speak louder than words....

I recently purchased 5 windows from Dovi Windows for my home in Port Orange. They turned out looking so beautiful and it is now unbelievably quiet inside my home with the good insulation. The windows came in right on time and the owner personally handled the entire process start to finish. I plan on purchasing a shower enclosure and two sliders next.

Just had all doors/windows replaced and I highly recommend Dovi. From Steve in sales to the excellent installation team of Mike, Simon, Shane, Scott, Kyle, Jay and Dalvin, to even Adam Dovi himself, ALL have been professional, competent, skilled and took pride in what they do. The doors/windows look great! Am now questioning the quality of the PGT product. Also this project has/is dragged on for far too long. Im coming up on a year. Not good.

Wrong door installed in August 2016, replacement door reordered but order never executed until I followed up on status in October 2016. 2nd ordered door dimensions in error. Back to square one. 3rd ordered door was correct and installed in January 2017. Installers did a great job and are not the issue with my concerns.Wife works from home and had to commute to work from beachside to Lake Mary two additional days unnecessarily. Owner did not compensate us for our inconveniences and the lengthy dealy, and yes, maybe I should I have that in contract. Owner did have second installed door painted at his expense. Contracted painter tried to up sell every conceivable brush to paint to any surface he could on and around my house. Owner still has not delivered screen door nor fulfilled verbal commitment to accomplish stucco work at his expense around perimeter of door in issue.

Dovi canceled service calls and installations last minute. Questions and telephone messages were ignored. Windows were not installed when promised. Damage occurred during installation.
