This location is clean and new. I am so glad I no longer need to drive 20 miles to shop at Harbor Freight. The employees are very helpful. You need to wear a mask to shop inside. They have social distance markers throughout the store. There are Customer Protection Shields at the registers. I am careful about what I purchase there. I like the Deals. Not one employee, out of at least 3 working at the time, acknowledged me as a customer despite them seeing me in the different aisles. There was just one other customer in the store; not a busy time. Way to make your customer feel invisible! I cant even say customer service was poor, because it was nonexistent.

Love their prices but the quality is meh. However, they do have a liberal return policy so its worth the investment

Port Orange is a newer store. Nice and clean. Dee is awesome + + +. Helpful and goes out of her way to look after customers. If they could close her, Harbor Freight could rule the tool world.

I like it much better than the two big box stores we have here in Port Orange. Easier to get around and helpful staff. :-) I should be fair its much different than the two big box stores we have here in town. Its smaller scale but I tend to like it better! Check it out for yourself! :-)

My review is strictly for the quality of the tools they produce specifically Pittsburg the people and location are very neat and clean and I had no issues with my purchase .I purchased a new engine lift last night AND a new floor jack 3 days prior. After opening the jack right out of the box I notice it has a giant crack in the lower pump handle (part that matters the most ) and is junk right out of the box... And for the 1 ton engine lift I purchased and put together last night I Went to use the engine lift today 9/15 (1 day later ) it will not even pump up on its first use ....i asked clerk if they came pre filled with lube and I was told they were ... Going to see if maybe it just needs lube I hope that is the case because if both tools are broken right out of the box thats pretty bad for buisness now my main concern is do I have to dissasemble this thing to return it if it turns out to be broken?

Nice, clean. Allows dogs in store.Doesnt carry much in the way of solar panels or jackery type power supplys. The bigger store in Daytona has more.

Always love going to harbor freight, lost two stars because of doing away with their coupons. My visits to the store arent as frequent and I usually dont purchase as many items.

Its a big toy store for hobbyists and folks in the trade. Lots of inexpensive tools and supplies sometimes its you get what you paid for. Most everything is customer rated on their website with quite a few 5 star rated tools. Recently opened (Jan 2021) Please get me out of here - I cant afford to buy everything I want.

Very clean and very well-stocked. No waiting lot in line at all. I saw three people putting up stock and two people at checkout counters. Not a crowded store everything moving well.

They had the box my husband wanted that fit his trailer at a great price.

Will use this harbor frt as its closer to my work. The tool quality has greatly improved over the original tools that they sold 20 years ago.

Standard Harbor Freight, new store good product selection of tools they carry.

Closed and locked up at 9:45am on a Thurday because of restocking and sanitizing. Guess they cant do it at night or before opening. Seen 4 people come up and leave not that happy either. I suggest calling before you take the trip to this store. No idea...
