Awesome Hearing solutions staff. I had been here before and gotten excellent service for my hearing aids and getting them repaired even though I had purchased them back in Massachusetts. Today was an exception they were exceptional and went way above an beyond even getting set up with a pair of loaner aids while mine are out for repair. Cant say enough for Dr. Jickell and her amazing staff.

What a difference! Just purchased Resounds newest model ONE with the microphone and receiver in ear. The quality of speech is much better than my Oticon hearing aids. I also love the near total reduction in wind noise. Dr Jickell readjusted the levels and they are great face to face and in restaurants. Hearing this well was sure worth it.

Dr. Dana Jickell is a very good audiologist, one that I would highly recommend. Ragan (her assistant) is very talented and knowledgeable in many areas of this particular field also. They are very professional and have patience for all of ones questions. The office is easy to locate and is always clean.

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience than with Richard Polhill Professional Hearing Solutions! My mother had to get hearing aids about 6 years ago. She went to a reputable local establishment and got one of the top of the line brand hearing aids. Her experience was overall good (so she thought), but because she is on a fixed income she had to finance the hearing aids for 3 years (her insurance only covered a small portion). At the end of the 3 years her hearing aid specialist was ready to sell my mother the newest hearing aid on the market (rather than servicing her current hearing aids). My mother purchased the new hearing aids and again had to finance these for 3 years… At the end of three more years the same scenario occurred, but at this point I had asked my mother not to buy anything without me present. Needless to say when she came home with a (same as in the past) new deal from her specialist I was happy she had not taken it. I had done some research online regarding hearing aids so I would know what the life expectancy of good hearing aids were, and did research on hearing aid specialists in our area and thankfully found Mr. Richard Polhill. My mother’s entire experience with Mr. Polhill and his assistant Cathy has been exceptional! He has helped her feel comfortable about any decision she has made with her hearing aids and she feels confident in his abilities to help her in the future.
