The manager and employees at Extra Space Storage were some of the nicest people I have ever met. Cody went above and beyond to help me and answer all of my questions while I was there. The customer service is always very friendly and knowledgeable at this facility, I’ve never had any problems at all! Even when I lost my keys and had to replace them, they were very understanding and kind when it came to explaining their policies which includes ensuring the safety of customers and their storage units. Was short on time and needed to visit my dads storage unit and transfer the unit to me as dads in hospice. Cody was quick and courteous. He gave me a tour of the facility and answered all my questions. The property is super clean and well-maintained.

Johnny was incredibly helpful and made a stressful process very straightforward and easy for me! The keypad system was awesome making it super simple to get in and out quickly and without needing to interact with anyone. I felt comfortable leaving my car in the lot full of stuff. There were always plenty of dollies available and ample room in the elevators to move big furniture. Super clean, well lit, and safe!

Very easy to setup a unit. I did it all online, received all the information I needed, and accessed the unit the next day. The office called me to make sure I had everything I needed and provided me with a marked site map to get to my spot. It was very easy and clear how to get in and out.

Johnny at the 1645 NE 72nd Ave, Portland, OR, facility took the time to show us various sizes available. He was courteous when speaking to us and answered all of our questions. He represented pride in the upkeep of the facility. We visited a few other storage facility but ultimately went with the NE 72nd Ave location because of Johnny.

This associate was extremely helpful and had quite a professional demeanor. I was treated courteously and I felt that she went above and beyond to resolve and address my concerns in a timely manor. Furthermore, she reached out to me afterwards to follow up, and to confirm that she had met my needs. I’m not sure whether she answered from a call center out of town, or if she is working locally in the office, but this is the sort of service that ought to be mandatory when training to work in customer relations.

Extra storage space on 1645 NE 72ndPortland OR 97213 is absolutely amazing. The first thing they did right was honored the Internet price for the storage, secondly the facility is in immaculate shape and extremely clean. The manager was absolutely phenomenal she gave me some tips and tricks to make sure I secured the price for my storage. I would totally recommend any and everybody to Extra Space Storage.

Location in Gresham obviously distasteful, dealt with one rude representative and was not sure it was even the company as all others were kind and professional, outside of that price and service was very good.

The management at this facility and 123rd Division St location are terrible when it comes to customer service. They do not know how to handle conflicts what so ever so if i were you, dont rent from then! Yeah the price might be nice, but you get what you pay for that for sure. Stuck on elevator and when I hit emergency button they said no one was answering emergencynumbers they call. As terrified as id been my partner and I got the door open and I out. I want to file a formal complaint as the anxiety attack from being stuck I 6x9 moving metal container seemed worse than prison. I was luck to be on ground floor and partner to been outside.

Wow, I’ve had some bad experiences with storage and property management teams before. I never thought I could have a good experience. However I worked with Extra Space Storage and had a spectacular experience. The representative I worked with was a red headed gal by the name of Ambry, or Amber or something. I’m bad with names. Doesn’t matter, she was amazing and I will be a return customer. She helped me figure out exactly what I needed for my storage needs, and even helped me and my wife end an argument about what kind of storage we needed.anyway, thank you for your time and help. I’m so very excited to use extra space storage again. Plus amber agreed, I was right for like the first time ever with my wife.

The manager, Treyce is a true business man. He understands the importance of keeping customers happy and hes willing to work with people because he understands sometimes life happens. Just answer your phone or call him back. He cant help if you ignore him because your rent is late. Then theres Devon, the Asst. Manager. Devon is that that guy you see at the coffee shop all the time. Youre not really friends but he always says hi with a smile. Hes that guy who notices youre having trouble and asks if he can help, you tell him whats up and hes like well actually thats my specialty, let me help you figure this out. Its just a good overall experience at this Extra Space. Way better than that P.S. place, which should be called BS.

After researching self storage companies, we chose to use Extra Space Storage because of its good reviews. We werent disappointed. The space is well designed and extremely clean. It has a loading dock, elevator and dollies that work well. Andrew, the manager, interrupted his lunch break to help us. He gave us his full attention over the next several hours as he showed us various sized units and answered questions. He went through the paperwork thoroughly explaining each section. We changed the size we wanted after we began to move boxes in. Andrew was completely accommodating and quickly changed our reservation. During the time we were deciding on a unit, Andrew mentioned several positive things about the corporate management of Extra Space Storage. I think employees’ views of a company reveal a lot about its overall commitment to customers. We were impressed with what Andrew said about management. Overall, a great experience.

Brand new tenant as of yesterday! Super new and clean! Elevators! Even bathrooms! Only bummer is bathrooms get locked when staff leaves for the day and so not available on Sundays. But hey! Bathrooms in a storage facility = huge bonus! Also i like the weird little locks they have... very secure!! Also some unusual size units... mine is a 10x7 which i had not seen before. 🤷👍 staff is really nice and helpful. If you need storage, I highly recommend.

Rented at Halsey Location. Staff is friendly and helpful. Private. Lower score due to conditions of the bathrooms. Thankfully I only had to use them once but my advise is to avoid them if possible. Hold and go up the road.

Easy and efficient, from rental agreement to move out. Storage space was clean, quiet and saw no sign of rodent or other pest activity. Only reason for moving out of this facility was to find an ExtraSpace location closer to home.
