The best in every way. Outstanding customer service, product selection AND were masked. Not true of my local NAPA store. My new go-to for car stuff and worth every minute/mile.

This is where I go for parts, every time. Never been given the wrong part, returning parts, if needed is easy, and they almost always have the part needed in stock. And the sales team are the greatest!! I was stuck on something and the advice given worked better than I ever imagined. Just a great store all together.

Ive always liked this particular napa, they have a couple guys that really know cars, but mostly cause they are usually pleasant to deal with.

Went to pick up a 4wheeler batter for my grandad. Shoulda called first, but they had it in stock. Was helped quickly by a knowlegable guy, transaction was quick and seamless and I was in and out.

I always have the best experience getting the auto parts that I need at Westbay. Professional and courteous service. If they do not have the item in stock, they will get it to you quickly.

Ive shopped at Westbay in Poulsbo and this location in Port Townsend. Both stores are exactly the same. If youre a good ol boy friend of theirs, theyll treat you exceptionally well. If they dont know you, expect to feel like youre inconveniencing them. Shop elsewhere.

Mostly good, they had my wiper blades in stock and dug them out without me having to dig through the book looking for the part number, thats helpful. Waiting 10 minutes while the counter guy tried to figure out how to input the weekend deal from the flyer, not so much.

Quality of Napa parts has declined because of competing with places like OReillys and Auto zone, but the People are so much more knowledgeable than what you get elsewhere.
