My daughter got stranded on the side of the highway and she didn’t have a spare tire and couldn’t get a tow She was traveling home from work didn’t know anybody in this town or know her way around the town She thought she was only 10 or 15 minutes away from Les Schwab turns out she was about 30 minutes away they were more than happy to come out and help her to get back to the store to get a new tire they were very friendly and their customer service was awesome they went above and beyond they didn’t have to do that I appreciate it more than you know!!!

The service here is what other businesses try to emulate. They have a great working group, all the employees where cheerful and friendly.

They where good. It was a short visit didnt have a lot of people to wait behind.

Really busy shop. They dont always come thru on their repair time estimates, they usually go over on that, and it can be hard to get an appointment if youre in a fix, but I have always had quality work done here.

Excellent all around. Both the receptionist and the mechanic who patched my flat were friendly, professional, and authentic. As others have mentioned, there was no charge for fixing the flat, and I got an update on my tire condition. Will be back again.

After two flat tires (one being a blowout of my spare donut tire) I was stranded on the side of Beaver Valley Rd. I called Les Schwab in Port Townsend after service hours, but a worker named Wes volunteered to drive down and help me out.After seeing the damage and weighing the options, this awesome guy took my flat tire and me back up to town (picking up my son from school along the way.He went above and beyond to help me out in a tight and potentionally expensive situation (with towing prices in Port Townsend being rediculous).Thanks Wes and Les Schwab for being amazing! Give this guy a raise!

The staff at this location were friendly, charming, and helpful. In fact, they went above and beyond my expectations. I was saddened and stressed about getting a big metal pin in my tire just as I was preparing to drive across the country. They squeezed me right into their busy day to make sure my tire was patched. They even inspected my car to make sure I was ready for a safe and happy trip. All of this for free, when they totally could have convinced me I needed to buy new tires.

Amazing customer service!! I was having trouble filling the air in my tires at the air pump at the gas station. I thought the valve in my tire was broken because the air wouldnt go in. I called Les Schwab and got Wes on the phone. Even though it was almost time for the shop to close, he told me to head right over. When I got there he remembered my name and got all my tires back in order. Turns out the air pump at the gas station was completely broken. 3 of the tires were overfilled and one was under. Wes totally saved my day. He is a wonderful asset to the company and I am incredibly grateful for his assistance.

We love Les Schwab in Port Townsend and have been buying our tires there for twenty years. I had a tire on a wheelbarrow go flat: Les Schwab inflated it free. We had a slow leak in our Corolla tire. We took in today, and Les Schwab took the nail out of the tire, patched it, and there was no charge.All of the employees at Port Townsend Les Schwab are courteous, patient and they get the job done quickly.

Two hours to replace(not repair) a tire. Im old enough to remember a time when Les Schwabs employees would run to your vehicle to help you, now it takes two hours to replace a tire. Poor service, lack of effort. Do better Les Schwab.

Ingave them 3 stars instead of only because the desk person was very nice but that is where it stops!!!!. I have never seen a slower tire store in my life and I grew up around them. I needed a flat repair now most times at scwab they get u in and out not this place. Its been 3 hrs and it still in not on the rack. I have been watching the guys out in the bays and they either are more concerned with the music or something else then getting my tire fixed. Look I know the pace is slower here but over 3 hrs and still waiting I mean if it gets any slower I am going to have to buy a plot in the cemetery. So if u come here bring your lunch and maybe dinner you will be here awhile. I know u say go home and wait well I am from out of town so I have to wait. Oh one other thing usually at scwab they will give u a ride if u need it not here so dont count on that either. I fact if I didnt have to rewrite this I would give them 1 star

Excellent as always. I had rims cleaned and powder coated. Then new tires mounted. I asked for any printing on the tires to be on the back side. When I picked them up the tech said he also put the balance weights on the back so the front was clean! Something I didnt think about. Super service. Thank you.

I was really impressed with the enthusiasm and customer service I received this evening 20 minutes to closing. My car was telling me I had low tire pressure. The gentleman checked, filled my tires, and made the recommendation that I keep an eye on one of my tires; all in about 10 minutes. I felt much safer driving the hour it takes to get home.

Used to love Les Schwab, but their service has gone way down, while their prices have risen to above average for tires and tire related services. Use Costco or Walmart if you have the option. Wish I could still support these guys, they were Awesome in the 80s/90s

I no longer trust them with any of my cars, trucks, or even my lawnmower. In the last 3 years Ive had an issue every time Ive visited.The first was damaging one of my tires beyond repair, which they tried to fix by giving me a totally different brand of tire despite me having a matching set before visiting.The next time was when I took a car in for an alignment, the same make and model that Ive taken them before without issue. I informed the counterman that the vehicle had parts installed that would allow extra camber adjustment. After about an hour they said it was done and ready to go, yet, when I walked to car, it was obvious that the rear camber was way out of spec. I looked at the printout and found that theyd adjusted it to about 3°, three times more than it should have been. When I asked about the issue I was told that it was as good as they could do and that the adjustment was maxed out. That didnt make any sense to me, considering I had just installed the parts that would allow the extra adjustment necessary to get it in spec. I had to argue that there was more adjustment, show the guy pictures, and then go out to car and point to the parts that needed to be moved. That got me nothing but dirty looks and not a single apology or admittance that they did it wrong.The last thing, and the last time I will go there, was when I needed to have two tires installed. I dropped them off and ran some errands. When I stopped in to pick them up nothing was mentioned about any issues, just that the bill was $70. One of the workers went to my car and put the wheels in the trunk and I was on my way. When I got home I found that they had dropped one wheel on its face, badly damaging the finish. On top of that the other wheel was heavily chipped around the outside lip. This was a brand new wheel, with no damage before visiting.At this point I have given them enough chances. I will never visit this location again and will instead make the trip to Sequim.

These guys always rock for me, Ive probably brought 7 different vehicles to them over the years. They are always very personable, and professional. Also a very consistent staff, and lots of familiar faces every trip. 10/10 best place in the area for tires.

Wow....What happened guys?You used to run out and great customers.Two employees trying to man the bays and two inside swamped with customers and phone calls.All I needed was an air check on my tires before I hit the road for a 900 mile trip.I suppose I should called ahead and scheduled an appointment.😒

Great, fast service & great attitudes. At first I didnt like going here because the tires are expensive. But a few things changed my mind about the price: going to Sequim or Poulsbo to get new tires takes the entire day sometimes. Plus the cost of gas. And then I got a flat... they fixed it for free, without an appointment. Ari at Les Schwab even offered to help me find a better spare. Not only is it a money & time-suck to go out of town for new tires, it totally negates the savings you get from Discount or Costco if you have to pay or go out of town for simple fixes. I imagine that as long as I live in a rural area with a Les Schwab, Ill be a customer for life.

This the greatest business of any kind that I have dealt with in all my 71 years! The staff is fabulous. They obviously love working there - always friendly and cheerful. Most importantly, their service is phenomenal!!!

Normally I go to Discount Tire but I was too far away to safely locate one so I went into Les Schwab to get a tire replaced because it had a bulge. I waited 45 minutes only to be told that because I have an all wheel drive vehicle, they had to replace all 4 tires. My tires are all less than 2 years old and one of them is less than a year old, so I politely declined. The salesman who told me this immediately told me I should sell him my tires I already have and hed give me a discount on replacing all four. When I still said no, because thats ridiculous, I was treated rudely and charged 160.00 for them to put a donut on my car so I could get to the nearest discount tire. Called Discount and they set me an appointment so I wouldnt have to wait and are replacing my overpriced donut in a few days. Really disappointed with the service at Les Schwab, wont be back.

The beat tire shop ever. We were in town from 13 hours from home, and our jeep started shaking horribly.They got us in a.s.a.p. and found wheels out of balance. Fixed the balance for free!!!!!Drive like new again. Best place ever

I had a good experience. I only had to wait about 2 hours. The staff that I talked to were very friendly and helpful. I am a repeat les Schwab customer at other locations. No one ever talks down to me or scoffs at me even though I know nothing about cars.

It was just before a large winter storm and less Schwab was incredibly busy in Port Townsend. In spite of that I brought my car in for a tire repair. It took a little time about one hour for them to repair the leaky tire. A very pleasant surprise when they gave me the bill it had a zero balance. West Rob had repaired my tire for free even though I had not purchased tires there in sometime.

Had an outstanding experience at this shop. I came in for one tire with a screw in it and they were so professional that they found a second screw in a different tire. Mr. Barlow, the manager, was extremely helpful!

On March 26, 2018, when I had a serious breakdown with of brake system and needed help the most, Staff at Les Schwab in Port Townsend Washington came through with flying colors. The entire staff assisted me initially via phone while I was on the ferry dock, helped troubleshoot the issue, and due to the severity, I turned around and immediately went to the Les Schwab dealer in Port Townsend. It was obvious they work well as a team, and only have one goal which is to take care of their customers. At 62-years old I can honestly say that I have dealt with Les Schwab in many parts of the USA for the last 44-years, and have nothing but good to say about the staff and entire company nationwide, as they have always treated me fair, with respect, and gone out of their way to do the best job. Fantastic customer service!We asked this Les Schwab to find some rivets for our fancy Raceline wheel hubs on our truck as a few had fallen off. The rivets were difficult to match and Aleigh did her best to provide them quickly but was stymied by their suppliers. Eventually the correct rivets were located and the manager Lee provided them to us at no charge because of the trouble and delay. Customer service is what Les Schwab is all about and this location cant be beat! We are happy customers who will return when our truck and fifth-wheel need service.

Wasnt satisfied at all with the service. They werent rude but they forgot to apply my military discount in the bill while im standing there in uniform. Also i was told i was clear to leave and they hadnt tightened the bolts to the tire. Luckily it was caught before I rolled off. They forgot to give me the tire monitoring sensors they took off. Just really wasnt the service i expected. 2 Stars since they werent rude.

This location of Les Schwab tire center is my sons favorite. He brings his tractor tires there often, and they provide excellent service.

My 1987 VW Vanagon is not easy to fit with proper load-rated tires sized to fit my non-stock 15 rims, but Lee, Ali, and the rest of the crew jumped through every hoop necessary to make sure I have what I need and that we all feel confident with the recommendation. Like a lot of other businesses in our great little town, customer service really means something to the crew at our local Les Schwab. Thats my experience again and again. Thank you!

Fast friendly service, this was my review of a year ago. How times have changed. Had the vehicle in to get a tire leak fixed. My wife was told that they couldnt rotate the tires because she had bald tires and of course they were very helpful and sold her two new tires. When I looked only one tire had a issue probably because of a alignment. Had a spare that has never been on the ground that would have worked just fine. It was not mentioned or recommendIn the past at other stores that would have been the first move.I am a fan of Les Schwab but will not be back to the Port Townsend store again. Where I live the Poulsbo store is just as convenient and not as mersonary.The tire that was the beginning of the problem was flat this morning which brought me back to the Port Townsend store, have been waiting the better part of two hours and they just got to the tire.Someone should explain customer service to them!

They had us come in on a Saturday, but didnt address the break warning lights we brought the truck in for. Since they were busy on a Saturday we picked up as they were closing and when leaving we saw the light was still on. We will take it somewhere that can take more time to listen to what we need done next time.

Dropped my pickup off for a brake inspection. I was told I had a real seal going out. They fixed it, but two weeks layer, due to a nut that was not secured properly, the bearing backed out and went to pieces wrecking the axle in the process. I was in Portland when it failed and took it back to the Schwab there. They finally fixed it under warranty, but it was a struggle to get it done. Not happy with the Port Townsend Les Schwab.

I stopped by this Les Schwab while on vacation because I was having a battery problem. They gave me great service and put in a new battery right away.

Whent in, and i told then exactly what was wrong with my car front passnger side wheel baring, and that was it. So the guy at the counter sead it would be 40 min and they will have it done. So i left and came back. Some how between 40 min they decided i needed all new tires new break pads and an alignment witch they would have to take apart the hole steering. THATS NOT HOW YOU DO AN ALIGNMENT. And they would not take my tires off and put them back on. Even though they were good. Smh

Great people there. I had a leaking tire that I didnt even buy there and they fixed for free. They are curious and they care about your situation. Cant get any better than that.

I went in for a alignment they werent able to do a full alignment just the toe but didnt tell me before they did that, now my car is driving far worse than before I took it in there, it wasnt veering now it is, it wasnt clunking now it is pretty much noticed right after I left that place I paid money for my car to be in a worse state than I brought it into there so Im pretty upset
