Please dont waste your time. I try to support local businesses but these people could not care less. I asked for help picking out ear buds and was told they had no opinion. I asked if one brand was returned more than others and was told, We dont take returns on ear buds. I then asked for the salespersons preference, which he gave me so I purchased a pair. They are junk. I made two phone calls and was told it sounded like I was washing dishes when I was sitting on my sofa in a quiet living room. I will order from Amazon next time.
