Beautiful store that reflects the character of the town. There are many items other than hats for sale. Almost all products in the store are either locally made or brought in from Peru. The owners of the store are very friendly and helpful. It is a fun store to shop in because of the variety of items for sale. It is so nice to buy a one of a kind item for that special someone. It is so nice to support our local small businesses.
First encountered Mad Hatter & Co five years ago and have purchased several items from them. Hats ( several varieties and colors), scarves, gift hand bags. The quality of all of the handmade items is superb and priced reasonably. One testimony, I often encounter for them, is how frequently, when I walk downtown where their store is that a passerby will compliment me on one of the items from the store I am wearing. then I share where I purchased the item complimented on.
This is a wonderful hat store! They have local handmade and global hats for women and men, as well as some delicious vintage pieces. They also carry lovely scarves, mitts, and gloves, and a few surprises. Always worth a stop!
One of the most fun and interesting shops on a street of fun and interesting shops. Mad Hatter has a curated collection of locally made jewelry and wearables, as well as, beautiful items from a womans collective in Peru. Every item has its own story in a shop full of joy and comfort.
The owner is wonderful and certainly not mad. Beautiful, quality goods and various items hand-made in Peru. Particularly appreciated that the items are from businesses, who apply fair practices.
