Very cool store! Really nice people running the place, too. If youre looking for crystals and other things like that, this is the place to go! Check the hours before you go. They might be open or they might be closed...

Nice Crystal shop!

This place is absolutely amazing. Cindy, the woman who works upstairs in the jewelry area, was so beyond helpful in showing me all the choices with the gem I wanted. I wasn’t quite sure about what I was looking for but she had so much information and showed me so many things that I ended up finding the most gorgeous necklace with a stunning Tiffany Stone. The staff downstairs and up was extremely knowledgeable and so kind. Highly, highly recommend.

Stay away. I’d give them zero stars if it was possible. Unbelievably bad customer service for a “spiritual” shop. In our visit to Port Townsend, my brother’s wife stopped in to buy a gift. She inadvertently left her Kate Spade sunglasses on the counter. We were in Seattle when she realized her mistake. The store confirmed they had them. We asked them to mailed the glasses COD and offered to pay them for their troubles. They laughed and refused to help in any way. We followed up with 2 more calls, spoke to different people but could not get one person at the store to be a good Samaritan. We looked it up, the post office is 0.2 miles from the store and they have an on line business. Go figure!!!!Bad, bad karma to say the least. Hope they enjoy the sunglasses.

Love, love, LOVE this place! The staff was super helpful, patient and kind. The store has such a great vibe, and an incredible variety of crystals, gems, jewelry, roots, herbs, and more. Small, but great book selection. This is my favorite metaphysical shop in all of Washington! Ill be back!

Who knew PT was a metaphysical oasis on the peninsula. Between this place and Phoenix Rising book store there is something for every belief or curious browser. Wonderfully curated selection of stones, gifts, decor, herbs, oils, incense, oddities and friendly staff.

The worst customer service anywhere. I was laughed at and ridiculed when I asked them to please return a pair of glasses we accidentally left in their shop. I offered to pay shipping and whatever their time was worth to get them sent to Ct.We made a purchase from them - not just browsing. They are willing to ship their on line purchases anywhere but I was told they are “way to busy” to return anything form their Lost and found. Didn’t look very busy to me, being the only customers on a weekday in Port Towndsend.Usually “spiritual “ people are about helping their fellow man in a peaceful way, but these hypocrites are all about making a buck. They obviously don’t believe in all the “healing powers” and spiritualism of the stuff they try to sell.Stay away from these frauds.

The guy working their was incredibly rude! I shop at these stores all the time and this was the only one I have ever left angry from.
