Sands Point Shop is an amazing shop with great finds, helpful staff. They are one of my favorite shops and I dont even live there. I am from sunny California. You wont be disappointed!

I love supporting local businesses and had shopped here for years. They enlarged a princess cut anniversary band years ago and it never was right . It appeared wavy and had stones popping out... I was told I was hard on my jewelry. They wouldn’t remedy the problem they created. I had worn this ring for YEARS with not one issue.I took the ring elsewhere and it turns out they added different sized diamonds....
Unfortunately, after 30 years, they are closing on this Thursday
I enjoy shopping here very much. They have an excellent selection of gifts for anyone and every occasion. The staff is available but they leave you to yourself until you need them. I never leave empty handed.

Very sarcastic not willing to listen way over priced
A bag that was part of my second purchase from this store had a minor defect with the clasp. Nicole exchanged the item and quickly shipped a new bag. I appreciate the store addressing the issue promptly and professionally!
Do not order from this scam website. I ordered my daughter a Christmas gift from them on 12/22 with 2 day shipping. Its 1/16 and I still havet received it. I contacted them around 1/05 and they didnt even seem concerned about my order, just said that they hadnt received it from Barbour because weather was bad. Then I called back again and they said they sent me an email on status of my order. This email came well after the first call to them. I had to give them one star because it wouldnt let me give a negative. If she wasnt looking forward to the gift, I would have cancelled order and told them to kiss my ***. Never will order anything from them again. Hell I wont even take a gift card from them if they offered, but I know I wont have to worry about that. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere even if you have to pay more. It will save you a lot of heartburn. BTW I never give reviews, thats how pissed I am.
I cannot say enough about the outstanding service I received during my recent purchase. I placed an order on a Friday and after placing the order I became concerned after reading some of the negative reviews. I placed a phone call and spoke to Bob asking him if the item I ordered was in stock. He told me he would check and would return my phone call within a half hour. He did return my call as promised and I was delighted to learn the product was in stock and would be shipped that day or Monday at the latest.Later the same day I received my tracking number and received my item on Monday.My product was packaged properly and in excellent condition. I would not hesitated to do business with Sands Point.
I ordered a Longchamp XL duffle on 11/14 and paid for 2 day UPS shipping because I needed it for a trip on 11/17. After still seeing no updated shipping information on 11/16, I called customer service who informed me, after an hour, that they sent my package via USPS instead and it would arrive sometime next week. I wouldn’t have paid so much for 2 day shipping if I didn’t need it sooner than next week. It sucks that I now don’t have it to use for a trip because they shipped it via postal service instead of UPS. I was informed I will receive a refund for the 2 day shipping and I hope that this happens. I am very excited about my bag but these bags are too expensive to have the employees not pay attention to what customers request and pay for.
I have purchased Longchamp items from SPS many times the past few years. Most recently I purchased the lovely Longchamp Le Pliage Neo in grey, and I love it! Very smooth transaction, and they have really great discounts frequently. The website is easy to navigate, and shipping was fast. My online go to shop for Longchamp!
My son, got me a bag for Christmas, he took the tag off so I don’t see the price! I send it back to exchange!! this horrible company doesn’t care they can’t exchange because the tag was off. The bag still folded onpen but the company doesn’t care!I like the bag I just like to exchange for a different color because I have a similar color.I will not recommend this company to body because they don’t accommodate the costumers!It was a child ordered and pack a present for his mother, they know that was my son that ordered butThey simply don’t care.!!!!!!!!
Wish I would have checked reviews before relying on 2 day shipping from this company. Seems like a common problem. Get a new shipping person or don’t offer expedited shipping if you can’t deliver. Thanks to your incompetence my Mom won’t have her gift when she visits and now I’ll have to spend additional money to ship it to her when it arrives next week! Also, the disappointment of not having the gift here for the occasion. Poor service, will not order from this company again.
Wait for my refund for 16 days, still havent got it. Emailed them twice and called them twice, no actions taken.
