About a month ago I was involved in a motor vehicle accident. My car was struck by a bicyclist causing damage to my front bumper. Haven Auto Bodys owner, Raj is very professional and knowledgeable in the auto industry. Raj was in contact with my adjustor. Insurance company wanted to replace my bumper with after market parts but Raj told them he only uses original parts. Insurance company paid for all original parts. Raj explained everything he was going to do to my car. He is honest and service in car care is excellent. I highly recommend Haven Auto Body. Thank you Raj

My Honda was damaged by storm Ida. Water had soaked the carpets and the car began to have a bad smell. Raj the owner spoke to me about my options without pressuring me and helped me make the right decision about my repairs. During the repair process, Raj sent me updates and photos. When I got the Honda back, it looked better than new and the insides smelled like a new car. Raj even repaired a small dent I had in the trunk area without charging me. The estimate was accurate and even a little higher than my final bill. When I first dropped off my car and had to get to work, Raj drove me. Raj cares about his business and employees who he kept working during the worst of Covid. Car repair experiences can be frustrating and stressful; Haven Auto Body was a welcomed and appreciated experience which I highly recommend.

I had probably one of the best experiences in my life at this shop.Accident:- Middle of the night, someone side swiped my car cause an indentation in my door and scratching the paint off my fender + door.The next day, I had taken it to Haven Auto Body, and had Raj take a look. While talking me through the process, Raj had:- walked me through the process- walked me through what the insurance process is like- told me an estimated timeline as to when the part that he would need would arrive + labor amount it takes to fix.- told me to not worry because there were so many different things going through my head.Today, I picked up my car and it looks just as if I picked it up from the dealership itself.If I had to have any other work done, I will always recommend this shop.

This is one of the most professional and ethically run auto shops I have ever worked with. I brought my Fiesta ST in for some body work after it lost a wheel due to bolt fracture on the highway. Raj and his team did an incredible job making sure that the body was back in near-new condition, and also made sure that the suspension and steering were back to prime condition. His communication skills are top notch and he makes great use of text and email to keep you up to speed on how your repairs are progressing. Overall, I have never had a more positive experience with a car repair that this one. While I cant say that Im looking forward to the next time I need body work done, I can promise you that I will go to Raj at Haven Auto Body.

After 4 years of ownership, 2 cross country road trips and lots of dings and scratches I finally decided to get some body work to my Jeep Grand Cherokee. After a few bids, I decided to go to Haven Auto body. The paint job that they did on my car exceeded my expectations. They also re-aligned my bumper, and repaired a previous wiring error from another shop. I can’t say enough good things about Raj and Haven. Raj takes care of EVERYTHING. I got into an accident and he handled the insurance company from start to finish. He got them to pay more than double what they first offered, used all car-maker specific parts (apparently this is something the insurance company tries to cut corners on), did a perfect job, cleaned my car inside and out, returned my rental for me, did it all super quickly, communicated with me through the whole thing and not a penny left my pocket.
