My family and I came in to see the unit we wanted and Ryan was polite, patient and informative. A rude customer came in interrupting us after our tour of the building but he was still able to help us and handle the rude lady. He showed us how to get to our unit, how to lock and unlock it, and how to set up the app for easy access, as well as picking out some packing supplies. Ryan is a top tier worker.

We have been using Public Storage for years -- both for storage and packing supplies! They have the nicest employees who are very professional and always helpful. I have nothing but good things to say about the facility. It is clean, well-lit and accessible. The best things about it are Ryan and Leslie. They are both polite and friendly. Ryan is absolutely amazing, he answered every single question we had and could not have been more accommodating. He even called us, one day after we had been to the unit, to tell us that whilst doing a security walk-through he noticed that our unit had not been correctly locked. The fact that he was concerned and took the time to call and tell us is fabulous customer service. I would recommend this location without reservation, Ryan and his associate Leslie are a real asset to the company.

Staff is detailed, and sales oriented. The move in experience was good, Ryan is a genuine text book employee, who focused both on the customer and store policy equally. Throughout the check in process Ryan made sure to crossed every T and dotted every I, a sharp and overall good guy. I will review again in a few months, and r ate how often they raise their rates. I been storage business is known for rapid rate increases lets see how well Public Storage does in the long term.

Ryan was amazing. He got me all of the boxes I needed and told me about the discount they offer in store. He also offered to put the packing tape in the dispenser for me and showed me how to do it myself in the future. I moved in last week and Im very pleased with my experience. Ryan walked me through everything making sure I knew everything including opening the door to my unit. On one hand Im like really? I can do a door. On the other hand you can not deny Ryan is very thorough. While finishing the paperwork Ryan made sure I was aware of all the items he had for sale in the office to help move in with as little problems as possible.

I have been storing at this facility for almost two years. I had chosen it on location and cleanliness. At one point I had five different storage rooms of various sizes. Since Kenny was brought on to manage it, I actually love the service they provide. He has made it cleaner and a pleasant place to do business. He is helpful and ready to help you get the best deal. Just yesterday, Kenny suggested I get a bigger room to consolidate my stuff. He has a positive attitude with a problem solving stance. He actually helped me move my stuff !!!!!!With Kenny at the helm of this facility, I have no hesitation to give it the highest possible recommendation.

I came in to buy moving boxes. Daniel came right out from behind the counter asked what I needed to pack and made suggestions to me. He also helped me pick out other items that would make the move easier. Packing tape and so on. While this was going on Ryan range up all the items so checkout was a breeze. I think I was in the store for less them 5 minutes! Great experience. Daniel then carried out the 10 large boxes for me.

I needed storage space and found at this property. Turns out that out of all the people I spoke with, my wife and I are so happy that we chose this facility. Kenny is so nice and runs a tight ship. It is well lit and the price was right. Great place, if you need storage.

We found that purchasing boxes from Public Storage for our move was the best deal around. In addition to having the best prices for the boxes, there was a discount applied to our purchase as well. The two young men who were in the showroom couldnt have been nicer. They remembered us from our phone call, loaded the boxes into the back of our truck, and went over the itemized bill carefully with us. We noticed how quickly the showroom was restocked after our purchase and how broom-clean the showroom was.
