Always greeted with a smile (through the mask) and an offer to help with whatever I need. I primarily use this location for dropping off returns to which they make an easy process but have also used them for packing some pretty fragile pieces for which they have taken great care with.

Thank you. I have been using this place for a TON of returns over the last two years. Never had any issues and have been happy with their customer service. I definitely had a whole different experience with the previous owner.

As stated by other reviewers, the attendants at this UPS store steal Amazon returns. You come in with your Amazon return code, they scan it, give you a receipt, but never put a return label on the package and never hand it over to UPS for pick-up. I had 3 separate packages for return to Amazon. The attendant put return labels on the first two, but did not on the third. I thought that was odd and asked “Are we done here?” He replied “yes” and handed me a receipt with 3 tracking numbers. I assumed he was going to label the last package after I left. Days passed and two of the three packages were picked up and sent to Amazon, but the third was not. I called UPS and they said that a tracking number was issued but the store never handed the package over to UPS. I then called the store and informed them of this. The person who picked up the phone was incredibly rude and defensive. He kept insisting that my package was handed over (though he never even asked for the tracking number!) and told me to call UPS (which I had already done and told him so numerous times). When I threatened to go to the police, he changed his tune a bit and said he will have the store manager call me. He never took my phone number or any information related to my package and I never did get that call. All and all, though the employees there seem friendly and polite, they steal Amazon returns. If you are going to drop off Amazon returns at this UPS store, insist on a receipt and stand by to see if the attendant places a return label on your package. Also, maybe mention that you have read that packages dropped off here never get to UPS so you will see if this one does - perhaps that will put a bit of fear into these dishonest employees. I hope the owner of this particular store is alerted to this issue. I have yet to find who that is.

Probably the most incompetent and rude staff employed at UPS. They couldn’t help with a simple task of printing a letter off Microsoft word and clearly didn’t Ben want to do it. Highly recommend greenvale UPS they’re phenomenal

Hours wrong. Says it closes at 11pm when it closes at 6. Had to return something to amazon by today and missed the cutoff because of the hours.

Have had several Amazon returns via UPS at this location. They accept returns, print receipts, and then don’t actually ship the items back. This has happened at least 5 times. I’ve had to contact Amazon each time to get the proper refund. Complaint was filed with Amazon. Beware. Will never use this site again.

Looks like new management for the past months. SUCH polite and friendly young men behind the desk. I really like going there. They are efficient and I have nothing but praise for them.

Ups guy working there was a total a hole he through my packages on the floor right in front of me and damaged 2 of the items inside now I have to pay the cost of $500 never coming here again!!!!

New Owners are awesome. I think alot of these early reviews were written for the old owner. So please keep in mind that the new owners took over summer of 2019. And the new team is on point in every aspect these store locations offer to the public. Keep up the good work.

Went in to return a pre-paid package. LUIS took the package, which happened to be a well taped shoebox, and very rudely told me that he would accept the package this time but would not the next time. I asked him why, and he told me they can not accept shoe boxes. I explained that is how it was shipped to me from China. He started questioning me asking where they put the label. I explained the shoe box was wrapped in tape with the label placed on top. I asked him if he was accusing me of lying and he said yes he was. First of all since when does it matter if you use a well taped shoebox to ship a package in and second of all calling your customers liars is not a good business move! I have reached out to the corporate office as this is UNACCEPTABLE business practice!!

This UPS place is a joke. I brought my Amazon package to the store and want to return it. After they scanned my return code, they wanted me to seal the package, which I didn’t have to do it myself. As a comparison, the Glenn Cove UPS store never asked me to do it myself. The reason why I say this is that Amazon offers this “Show the return code below on your mobile device to an associate at THE UPS STORE, who will scan the QR code, pack, and ship your return for FREE.” The guy at the UPS store does not seem to understand this, and he needs to be better trained. Or he just pretends he doesn’t know and being lazy and save that little pathetic tape. This store is claiming that it’s under new management, not sure if this is true or not. I’m giving 3 stars as I’d like to give them a chance to fix it.

Zero stars. An older man with his mask under his chin was helping a customer when I came in. Neither nose or mouth were covered. No greeting, I dumped my prepaid and left. Its obvious how much they care about the customers who support them. So I wont be.

I was just in there! They let a MASK-LESS customer filling out paper work. I just dropped of the box with a prepaid label, I didn’t even care it was scan and ran out of there. Don’t go there!

Whoever runs this UPS is inconsiderate toward their customers. The hours they post on line are incorrect. They arent open until 9 p.m.Addendum (dated 5/29/2020): Today the owner responded to my comment from 11 months ago. Pathetic. It took you 11 months to respond with nonsense. Maybe the posted hours were corrected recently, but 11 months ago the posted hours were incorrect. And you can take that to the bank. Dont insult me! If I could give you a negative star I would!

The WORST and I would never return ... I spent over $100 dollars in UPS shipping and encountered a major problem. The front desk clerk attempted to help but the owner never followed up and the outcome was just horrible. Zero concern regarding customers given problem; with his only concern to collecting my money and not make waves. Stay away, stay FAR away since they just didnt care about my shipping problem from their store. If you must use UPS utilize the store on Roslyn Road, just off the LIE - dont go here ( you have been warned).

If I could rate it 0 I would. The owner/manager/whoever I spoke with (Lachman?) Is the worst person on the planet. Only concerned with making himself money. Doesnt care about the customers at all. Use at your own risk. Or rather dont go here at all.

Very bad customer service. Crew is not professional and kind at all. They charge for everything. Always ask for a receipt. Front guy is lazy, he doesnt want to move even one finger to help you.

The staffs are very rude.I went there to return bunch of amazon items and i had no idea that i cant use duck tape. He was very rude about the fact that I used duct tape and I re-did the whole taping there.
