I used to work there, some of the people I worked with are good people, like James, Rick, others need to get their heads out of their rears. The lack of automotive knowledge crazy. When you have a worker who says Buick is the Cadillac of Chevy, and can not tell a camaro from a mustang hat is messed up.

Coolest manager here .. Looks very young. everybody is awesome with knowledge about parts. Theyre is no favorite person to go for because theyre ALL my favorite. Well oiled machine of operations they got here. Everybody is always doing something or helping each other out. Great thing going here

When you need parts theyre okay. Very helpful and pleasant but their prices are HIGH and their diagnostics are NOT reliable. I was having car problems a few weeks ago. Car wouldnt start, then, sometime latet, it would. This went on for 3 wks. Advance Auto parts was sure it was the battery even tho I continually had lights and electric power. They tested the battery and tried to charge it. After 30 they said battery was dead and wouldnt take a charge. I told them to put it back in car and waited half an hour for a friend to come get me. When she arrived I tried the car and it started right up. I drove it home. I called junk yard for a refurbished battery and drove there. They checked out car and said battery was fine. It was the starter. And it was! Replaced starter at one-third the cost of a battery and its been starting fine ever since.

This store has pretty much everything you need for Automotive parts, etc. Friendly staff. Be prepared on Saturday or Sunday to wait a little, the staff seems low on the weekend

Great experience purchasing a set of wipers for my terrain. They arent the standard J type, so its sometimes hard to find. They even came out to help install in the 10° weather.

Great knowledgeable staff willing to help when and were they can. Parts and staff are far superior to Autozone down the road and the OReilly across the street.

One my place is what I used to buy my parts for the customers cards they need normally I usually get to pretty much everything I need and if I dont have it or if they dont have it they older it real quick and next day Ill be able to get my parts and sometimes the same

I bought life time break pads and tried exchanging them and was told it excludes normal wear and tear. I think they should tell you that before purchasing. Guess i will go back to former store down the road since they do exchange them and are cheaper.

A week ago I ran into this store with my young child begging for them to call the police. I was being stalked by a crazy person on foot. They told me to take it outside, and flat out refused to help. I ended up being assaulted and robbed which may have been prevented.
