I stopped there to pick up plates for a party we were having. Oh my goodness, the selection of party items. 🥳 We asked for help for a specific item. The young man was very helpful and took us right to the item. Very polite.The shelves were stacked neatly and organized.I will be sure to go there when I need party supplies again. The prices are reasonable too.Thank you for a clean store and nice and helpful staff. 🙂❤

Party Time! They have it all. I love this store. I will return every year for my birthday & any other Celebrations.

They seemed to be very out of stock sadly but were very organized with what they had.

Ordered balloons for my son’s birthday party. Paid extra for the balloons to last 24 hours, and requested a 6pm pickup for a 1pm party the following day. I wake up at 7am the next morning and my balloons are already half way to the floor.Now I’m on party ‘crunch time’ and the store will not refill a replacement order until I physically bring them the ‘dead’ balloons back and then will have to wait for them to be filled. I ordered the balloons ahead of time because I knew I wouldn’t have time to do it the morning of the party. I requested an evening pickup, with the assurance that the balloons would last 24 hours. They only lasted 12.Although their stock has been rather limited over the past couple years, I’ve always had good experiences with the balloon orders in the past, the balloons have lasted for DAYS. I don’t know if they filled my order way too soon or what, but now I’m stuck with limp balloons because I don’t have time to drive there and wait for another order the morning of the party. They refused to prefill my order so that it would be ready to go when I got there. Boo on Party City 👎 Not sure what happened to customer service but it seems to be nonexistent these days.

They have a lot of nice party stuff

I ordered 3 48 CT packs of 4 Oz bubbles online for delivery. I received only 3 4 Oz bottles. I am missing 141 bottles. Ive called customer service and was told someone would be in touch. They havent contacted me at all. When you track the package from ups.com it shows the package they shipped only weighed 1.2 pounds. Not even close to being the weight of 144 4 Oz bottles of bubbles. I wouldnt purchase online through party city.

Ben is the best! I am disabled and making the trip in and out of the store seemed near impossible. Ben went above and beyond He selected a great assortment for a birthday and brought it out to our car. Great service and great selection!

Not much for kids costume

I called ahead to confirm they had an item I needed in stock that I ordered from the website that was scheduled to arrive the day before I needed it but got pushed back by 5 days. They said they had 1. I asked for them to hold it but they said they dont do that but they figured it would probably still be there when I got there. I live about 25 min away so I didnt want to drive all the way there unless they were sure and they said they had it. The reason this isnt 1 star is because the girl who greeted me when I got there was very kind and helpful. Unfortunately, they did not have the item in stock and their manager was not very considerate to his staff when they were trying to help me. They also said they wouldnt take the bucket that arrives late as a return at the store and Ill have to deal with that now too. What a mess.

Must depend on the day on the friendly type?! My experience the critical thinking skills on providing customer service runs on the low side. Clerks and or the management must not have grown up on blues clues on paying attention to the environmental clues and what to do next.... Observe a long line, call for back up.

Great Selection of themed items for parties. I do wish that the Halloween selection was larger and that they offered more varieties of costumes. I looked online for costumes and was in the store only to find that they did not carry the particular costume that I was looking for in that store (it was online and not available for online purchase...said check store availability).

Party city is a great place to find party supplies and fun items for kids. My complaint is with their decision to not do their Halloween store this year. We love the Halloween store and have always looked forward to it. Im sure we arent the only ones missing it.

I honestly didnt realize how much stuff Party City has to offer. We went there for the heck of it while in Vegas, and it was a good choice. We got so many good ideas for our wedding and even went home with a really cool - and funny - cake topper we used.

Website said wedding invites. Spent 45 min looking through the books, after we decided, I went to ask cashier for help ordering, said she didnt know anything about it, called another associate, she said, we dont do that anymore. I asked why the books were there, she dont know. WASTED OVER AN HOUR THERE AND MORE TO GET THERE AND BACK!!

They have a lot of options but are extremely overpriced. You have to buy the balloons then pay an additional 1.18 for helium. Tried to put in an order and they told me to come back the day before my event because they didnt know if they would have enough helium. What a joke. And apparently they were out of helium for almost 3 weeks.

Prices a little high but they have some pretty cool stuff.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced never received my order after 3 weeks of waiting called talked to customer service they told me they would re turn my call never did call a second time and after sitting on hold for 2 hours and finally got someone on the phone they hung up on me smh the worst party store to shop with

Fell on some ice with my baby in front of the store. I busted up my knee pretty bad and twisted my ankle. I tried to fall a certain way so to protect my baby but the way I fell I accidentally fell on her head. I went inside to notify them of what happened. They immediately went outside to salt the ice but not one person asked if me or my baby were okay not even the manager or the cashier that I spoke with about the fall. Thanks party City for making me feel like trash. I understand that the ice wasnt their fault, but it wouldve gone along way if they just took a second to act like theyre at least concerned for my baby.

Had plenty of options and stocked well but the line in front was very slow and there was only one or two people in front of me.

No helium for balloons. Suggested I do standing centerpieces but I woukd have to pay an additional $184 😳 for the cost of additional balloons to hold up the balloons I already purchased. Not happy at all!

I spent about $150 for my daughters birthday party. I bought squirt guns, bubble wands, and things that help you make water ballons. Most of the supplies didnt last more then 2 seconds. My guests went to blow a bubble and the wand broke off instantly and you couldnt get the wand out. It took them over an hour to figure out how to get the water balloon thing to work. I was very disappointed with most of the supplies.

Had great experience the staff there went out of their way to serve me. Had came from Chicago to pickup a transmission and party city in Chicago was out of my daughters costume so big ups to them

Horrible service! I checked online for the availability of the items I needed. Both items said there were 6 each available. When I got there neither of the items were on the shelf. I asked if someone could check in the back since it said it was available on line, and I was told no. People complain all the time that the brick and mortar stores are going out of business because people are shopping online. Well its service like this that causes these businesses to go out of business. After this experience I left and went home and ordered on Amazon. I will never do business at this store again!

Dirty. The wait took way too long! There was no one at the register (I think they were helping another customer) it took them almost 20 minutes to even come back to the register.

If its not on the shelves dont hesitate to ask how to find whaybyou are looking for! Order it or theyll find it at one of their other stores for you.
