Besides the fact that I never want to grow up and they do have toys there, the inside of this Toys R Us still looks like it did over 15 years ago. I have not been to a different Toys R Us into just as long though so maybe the old grocery store turned strictly Toy store look is what they R going for? I will say that the selection of Toys is great and that the employees are nice and polite, one short girl was even quite attractive in my opinion. Also the King Size Drum Stick style ice cream cones are an indulgence of mine and one of my main reasons for going there.

Good place to get toys as long as you dont mind paying more than you would at other stores for the same thing. They do carry some items not available at other stores but these are few. Understandable that since this store specializes in selling toys their prices will be higher because they cant make up the difference in groceries or other products and discount their toys as other stores do. This unfortunately I think will be their downfall.

Mike the on duty manager was awesome I was told they had a charger for my sons 12 volt ride on and came in and they didnt. He searched through the back and found me one from a display model. Amazing customer service!!!! Couldnt be happier; would highly recommend to any and all.

So I entered the Toys R Us and I had a pretty great experience. I played with the star wars toys, them hot wheels, and the all little pianos. The reason this toys r us is getting 4 stars is because they didnt have the toy I was looking for. They didnt have the hottest new toy out there. Which toy you ask? The only toy that matters. A Turbo-Man action figure. Its literally the only toy that matters.

I Love this place and am so sad its closing! I want there when I was a kid and at lest mu kids get to go there before it closed!They had one of kind toys and great staff.I WILL MISS THIS STORE!!!

I always go there on Black Friday, it was not such a good deal this year, I am under the impression that most of the best deals are online now. But I do love coming to the store and checking things out. Staff is helpful and friendly.

Not impressed! Asked for help finding something, the associate pointed to the back of the store saying it should be there. No offer to try to help me find it. Wasnt even close, a customer helped me find what I was looking for. I wish that I would have just left and not purchased anything. This is part of the reason why stores like these are failing. There were several employees milling about near the registers. What happened to customer service? Very disappointed, Ive never had an experience at Toys r Us like this before. Oh and as I was checking out the cashier asked if I had found everything ok, when I told him no, I got a blank stare. If it werent so close to Christmas I would have walked out with nothing.

Went for a birthday gift and they didnt have the one i wanted, so Shane found me another and gave it to me for the same price. And i went to check out and a girl name Betsy was checking me out and the computers went down she apologized and was very professional. She gave ma an extra 20% off for the wait too. Great Job to all the staff and such great customer service!❤

Feels a little run down. The price labels are in the wrong places. The shelves are a bit disheveled. But the staff is really nice and helpful though.

Has a great selection. Find almost any name brand you could want. You can findost things a little cheaper at other stores, but who has time to check 3 or 4 other stores.

They welcome you in and they had the best service. The workers are so nice and helpful.

I enjoyed buying a tyrannosaurus rex but the stores atmosphere just doesnt seem quite right. The rows and rows of toy shelves smelled like onions, a lifetime of disappointment, and ice cream sammiches. Which smells an awful lot like bankruptcy. I would still recommend though.

This site is pretty old. Stock is ok but the store is suffering. Horrible chemical smell inside. Very hard to breathe comfortably on several occasions. I dont go here unless it is my last option.

If they were going out of business they have no sales going on at all. In the past employees have always been either rude or just have absolutely no care in the world if want to buy something or not.

Went when new seasonasal help. They didnt know where anything was in store or anyone to ask for help. Worse than looking alone! At least show new employees the layout of store. Had what I wanted, but not on sale. At least I finally got what I went for.

Associate welcomed me a soon as I walked in and directed me to my item.

Walked in knowing what we needed. We were in and out in 5 minutes. Overall, the surplus of toys can be overwhelming, but knowing what you want prior to heading in is always the best bet.
