I recently bought a defective candle warmer through amazon that is sold by hg global. The candle warmer was on for about 2.5hrs when we smelled a plastic burning sensation. The warmer had melted and almost causing my table to catch fire. Be ware of a candle warmer from this place

I needed 60 glass bottles like yesterday and not only was the receptionist helpful, but she got me to Margo who was an ANGEL! Margo personally searched for my order and helped me with it. This is what small business are supposed to do, help other small businesses to succeed and they did that for me. THANK YOU!!!!

Received a metal vase I ordered all dented up. There was absolutely no care in preparation for the shipment. The packing slip listed the condition as new. I am not convinced because it looked as if it had been through hell and back. This was my first and will be my last order through this company, solely based on their lack of concern with packaging for shipment. Apparently bubble wrap is not obtainable for them.

Recently bought some of their candles on amazon. They came broken, they didn’t match the online description and they’re prices high. I had a terrible customer service experience when I attempted to bring it to their attention. If I could give them a zero I would. Save yourself and choose another company for your needs. They don’t care about anything—just want your money.
