When I first became a customer this company was great, but when I bought several bottles of cinnamon scent and emailed several times about how it smelled bad, I received no response. I then emailed because the bottles have been leaking in the store. No response again. Seems this company has taken a downhill slide. Im dumping my burner in the trash and switching to Scentsy.

After placing an order from Hosley Home Decor my credit card was compromised so either the site is not secure or there is a thief working there. My card had multiple purchases from Starbucks, Red Box, USPS.You need to take note and investigate, In this day of on line shopping you will go out of business if you dont take action.

I dont recommend this place. Stay away from it. Terrible.

Horrible customer service. Tried placing a substantial order with them online but a popup showed I needed to call for assistance. After doing that I was transferred to Neil who apologized and told me he couldnt take orders on the phone and to try the website again. He then hung up on me. I will take my $6000 order to a different company. Thanks Neil!
