My fiancé and I stopped in for the first time today after having a not so pleasant experience at another local nursery. I’m so glad we stopped here. A large selection, fair prices and super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff! Ended up with 2 trees but we will definitely be back for other things soon. I believe this will now be our go to place yearly for our yard additions.

Horrible customer service ... came in to pick up a gift card for my mom, and they gave me dirty, weird looks when I came in and acted like I was interrupting something. Definitely felt far from welcome. My mom went in a few days ago to spend her gift card and had a similar experience with them being super rude. Fix up the attitudes and customer service and stop acting like the customers are bothering them. If you want a job where you have to face people all the time then be nice!

I will admit that my thumb is not green. I told the nice lady that I needed plants that I couldnt kill and are low maintenance. She took us all over the greenhouse pointing out the dos and donts for our flower beds. Let me take pics of the plant stakes and gave us details of what to do with each. No pressure. She truly cared about our situation and didnt want to set us up to fail. She spent at least 45 minutes with us and would have spent longer I am sure. This is a great, local, family owned shop.

Ive never been to Romence Gardens physical locations, but I have been ordering plants from them multiple times a year for four years now. Ive never once had a sad, sick, or damaged plant! Their customer service has been excellent too. I especially like that I can get a wide variety of healthy and happy baby plants, as opposed to just seeds. That way I can get a jump on container or vegetable plantings when it warms up even though I dont have the space for starting many seeds indoors.

On May 1, 2018, I was expecting a morning delivery of beach quality sand to be delivered to my homes beach, that I had earlier ordered and paid for. The morning delivery came at 1:30pm with no apologies. I realized soon after the sand was dumped that it was not quality beach sand as it had stones, sticks and was very dirty. I called Romence Gardens and was told that they would not pick up the sand because it was delivered to my beach and they would only reimburse me for the sand, but not the cost of the delivery. So I have been left with a load of filthy sand that I paid delivery for and will most likely incur more costs to have it removed as it is not usable on the beach. I am very disappointed and would not and will not recommend this business to any friend or foe.

During our experience we were not greeted or asked if we needed help. While checking out they were vary rude to us as well as the people in front of us in line. We will not be shopping here again. So much for shopping local.
