With unfortunate circumstances of having to get a new mattress unexpectedly, going to Denver Mattress was the best choice for a replacement. This was my first time buying a mattress. I did not know what to expect or if I would get approved for financing. Jason helped me find all the mattresses they had in stock that fit my price range and my desire to have a firm mattress. We tested all of those out, but I eventually decided on a mattress that they didn’t have in stock because of foam shortages (No big deal). The deals here are insane; They have FREE delivery (setup is extra (expected, they are a business)), amazing financing through Synchrony Bank, and each upgrade is clearly lined out to the benefit of the customer; For an additional charge you can get a waterproof cover. If you get and use the cover you can return the mattress for a full refund for up to four months, after 6 months you can return for 75% refund, and after a year you can still get a %50 refund. Our experience with Denver Mattress today was very positive. The young man who helped us listened to what we wanted, and helped us find exactly that. We narrowed it down to two mattresses, and he helped us with our final decision. Went into Denver Mattress yesterday to get some prices on a mattress for my daughter. Was greeted warmly by the manager Kevin who answered all our questions and pointed us in the right direction. Took the last three days looking for a queen hybrid mattress for my new bed. Took pictures and did comparisons of what I wanted from multiple venues in the Kalamazoo area and basically it was coming down to price. New to Kalamazoo and last place on my google search was Denver Mattress. Never been to one.
