If I could 0 stars I would. Drove an hour away and spent $1700 one day. Was told I “earned” $80 in store credit with their rewards program. They told me I couldn’t use my “rewards” until the next day. So I drove an hour away again the next day to use my “rewards”. After they rang me up, told me I could only use $5 of my rewards a day. Extremely unhappy after reading the sign on the door that clearly states “Every $100 spent, Earn $5 on your next purchase.” And the clerk who clearly knew my intentions of coming back the next day to use it, didn’t seem to care about my unhappiness. Very displeased and will not be back. Will be contacting Traxxas directly about this “dealer.”

I am brand new to the RC hobby and stopped in to this store this morning for the first time. I was quickly helped by Matt who is EXTREMELY knowledgeable and helpful ! They made be feel like family and I will definitely go here for all my RC needs! I am glad that we have a store like this nearby.

Excellent customer service!Ordered a servo upgrade for my first RC truck and product shipped fast. Had problems with USPS missing the delivery date and not updating the tracking for days. Contacted Hobby - Sports and they took care of the issues promptly to help me get things running again. Very impressed with customer service and will use them again.

If you are a RC enthusiasts airplane car whatever this is where you wanna be well trained staff great prices willing to help with anything Hands on.If you into Traxxas Rc well this is where you want to be.For the cars the trucks the boats parts up grade batteries.Hands on knowledge, friendly helpful you cant get that on line.I call they had what I needed again, I have stop in and pick it up

This little place is packed with all kinds of hobby stuff. They also had a few Tamiya kits in stock! (Which is rare for a hobby store)... The staff was great and was worth the hour drive there from Elkhart! I will be back for sure!

I could sit here and write a drawn out review with all the praises I have for this place. But I wont, all I can really say is Justin is the man! He continually gets me squared away with anything and everything whenever I go in. From answering a plethora of questions, to immediately placing orders if needed and assistance with problems I have run into. Honesty is another plus, he could have taken advantage of my lack of knowledge and sold me the expensive stuff I grab everytime, but he doesnt. He educates you into making the best decision for you. Go there and experience for yourself.

Great staff!Visited about three times before making a purchase and was met with a very friendly attitude each time. Brought my children and they were very patient with all the silly questions (both from the kids and I). Always a Good Experience and their very thorough, on helping u pick what u want and helping u build or customize any you need. And most of all made my little Girl very happy shes got her first big girl rc car.

For a small storefront they have an AMAZING variety for hobbyists. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Limited supplies for specific items. And pricy on the electronics but you can definitely find what you are looking for.

Walked in and none of the staff are wearing a face mask. All overpriced RC equipment, a lot of it used. Checked Amazon and found the exact same merchandise, brand new for almost 1/2 as much. WEAR A MASK!

The customer service was extremely friendly and went out of their way to help customers. If you are a fan of RC Cars, trucks, tracked vehicles, race cars, etc., then this is your place. There are a few RC airplanes but it is definitely not their focus which I can understand since RC flying takes a lot more to get into. Consider patronizing the local hobby stores before you shop online. The employees are more than happy to help you find what youre looking for, and if you are new they can help guide you in getting into the world of RC.

I love this store with very helpful staff and almost have everything I need in stock at all times. I wish that you guys were open on Saturdays as I always seem to break my truck on the weekend and always hard to get parts. Other than that this place is absolute favorit rc shop I go too....

Not impressed by ownership. salespeople are good, but if you have an issue, the customer will be last and the owner will be very focused on his own pennies instead of yours. beware of deep sale price items, theres a reason the price is so low and they will not want to take it back if theres an issue.selection is good, prices are too.

Bought an RC car, had few issues with it when I got home . I called them the next day and they where very understanding with the issue and brought it back and they fixed what was needed and even added stuff to it. Steven was very professional and great help, would recommend them to anyone.

Four of us took our kids here after a Cub Scout event, at a local museum just north on Portage Rd. Had a nice experience. Found all the Pinewood Derby supplies we would ever need. Lots of modeling supplies available; balsa, kits, etc. Small selection of toys, and a ton of RC options in every shape, size, and variety. I feel bad for RC enthusiasts. Your pocket books must ache.

I dont do alot with the RC stuff but when I do I go to Hobby Sports. Very pleasant store, with honest, helpful staff. They have a huge inventory of planes, cars, copters, and drones etc..

They have everything for powered. Boats, Planes gas and electronic powered,trains. Everything you can imagine. Its just a really cool place

First time in the store, for its size they have a lot of options and various inventory. Only had a few minutes to look around but my son and in will return.

Mostly Radio Control stuff. Good selection of ARFs as ready to fly planes. Could stock more airplane building supplies. Knowledgeable staff.

Not much selection for drones and helicopters. Where are the DJI, Parrot, Xiaomi, yuneec, and other drones?

Every time i call or go in with a question or pricing i get the best customer service. I mainly talk to a guy named steve. No matter how many questions he always answer in detail and dont try to rush to get rid of me.
