Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I contacted this company on Monday looking for a nebulizer for my 5 month old daughter. They said the had a couple in stock. I drove from Battle Creek to hear them say they in fact did not have any in stock. However, they could rent me one. This is a classic bait and switch. Now, they will charge my insurance company for the rental unit as well as the unit I need to purchase for my daughter. I could have rented a unit in Battle Creek. However, I chose to rent one from this location because they promised they could get me one by Friday. This would be true, accept they close at 5. Not 5:05, not 5:02, but 5. Forget about calling to see if they could stay 3 minutes late to accommodate a promise they made earlier in the week.

Jillian was pleasant to work with, we got off the wrong foot at first but once she explained the cost out of pocket for my new by-pap and clarified how the insurance works made it more bearable, not happy I have additional cost but not their fault. Jillian was pleasant and through to work with.

Terry was very helpful, even caught problem with my doctors prescription, it was set for constant pressure instead of pressure as needed.She even spoke with my doctor to educate him on how my machine worked, and ensured him that she could send him data from my machine, so he could see that it is working properly.Then Terry was able to reprogram my machine remotely, saving me from having to return with my machine.Very pleased with the service I received.

Be warned, if you make a purchase with cash and then find you have to return the item you will not receive cash back. I made a cash purchase on 10.16.2020 and returned it on 10.19.2020. The return policy is clearly posted on each desk but no where does it state cash purchases will have to either take a store credit or have a check processed that will take over eight weeks. Had this information be given to me I would have charged my purchase rather than pay cash.On 12.29.2020 I called and inquired about my refund and spoke with Tina. Tina promised she would check into the status of my refund and get back with me. Here we are 01.05.2021 and still no refund or phone call from Tina. Nice customer service!.I find it hard to believe it takes a company over eight weeks to process a check. They have had the use of my money for eight weeks but you can bet they are not going to be paying me interest on my money. Buyer beware is a must for this company. Know all your options before you purchase so you can make an informed purchase. I was not provided that opportunity.

My grandma just told me she went in there awhile back to get her walker fixed thinking it was still Center Medical Supply. It was not. However they helped her out anyway and fixed up her chariot so she can roll around without a problem. I really appreciate their kindness.

Worst customer service ever! This was my first time here & they treated me like dirt. The women insisted they never received my prescription when my doctors office faxed it over 4 hours prior to my arrival here. It was a simple splint I needed & since they hadn’t received my prescription the woman offered me to pay $40. I laughed because you can get the same stuff at Meijer for $15. (which is what eventually happened)The women & her manager didn’t want to help me because it was near closing time. Choose another medical equipment location than this one. They don’t care about their customers.

Devin was the clinician that fit me for my CPAP mask, this was a new diagnosis for me and admittedly I was scared and upset to say the least. But Devin and the Portage, MI CareLinc team have made sure Im not only informed, but that I have absolutely everything I need to be successful on this journey! They are patient with me, answer my questions and make me feel supported. I have a ways to go before I am really comfortable with CPAP therapy, but they make me feel like I can do this!

This was our first time visiting Carelinc. My son needed a new cpap machine and equipment. The service was very good. Everyone greeted us very nicely when we entered and we only waited about 5 minutes for our appointment. Devin was our respiratory therapist and he was great. Explained everything to my son very thoroughly. And the equipment is top notch. I look forward to having them serve us in the future.

Carelinc has been wonderful. I have needed equipment for my fathers care and both Gwen and Chloe have gone out of their way to help me. I tried another medical supplier and they were more costly and offered me no assistance. Also Josh and Billy, the delivery personnel were friendly and knowledgeable. I am more than pleased and am recommending Carelinc to everyone I talk to.

To say I had a great experience with CL is an understatement. My hospital bed arrived within HOURS of approval from my insurance provider. I do not like needing medical equipment but I am glad they are there to help.

We came to CareLinc because a part on our lift chair had broken and we thought we would try to get a new part. Our saleslady was nice and tried to help us. She said that she needed to speak to the store manager about this. The chair is 15 years old and CareLinc no longer sells this brand even though we bought the chair there. CareLinc could not get the part for us. The manager asked the saleslady to give us an 800 number and we could call that number. The store manager was not helpful. We drove to another lift chair store. They ordered the part for us. We got it 2 days later and fixed our chair. We wasted our time at CareLinc.

Horrible service very poor communication between store and Delivery driver and customer. I was to have a delivery to my home Tuesday. Came late and the brought a damaged bed. Head board had a hole the size of a mans fist. Food board had a hole too but smaller and it was all scratched up. The bed was not fully operational. You could not get the bed to lift is lower section for the legs. Also the bed came with no railings. I was told by driver that the bed was not loaded right. So we set up a time the very next day for them to bring the railings 10AM. Well its now after 4PM and no delivery. But just got a call they will be here in 20 minutes. With a bed. We will soon see.

For what you charge for the products you sell, I expect a lot better customer service. Shop here, buy on Amazon for half to a third the price. Dont get suckered into shopping here.

Not happy. CPAP equipment had a problem; called on a Saturday morning and was told, oh yes, well get that in the mail to you right away. Called today, Wednesday, and was told thats not exactly true. I may see the replacement part by Friday or Monday. I cannot get the part in Portage, and have driven to Grand Rapids in the past. Not being able to sleep is pretty darn important, and the customer service rep was pretty flip well, that is just the way it is. My previous supplier was excellent, with immediate replacement when something broke.

I am very disappointed that your office is not open on Saturday. I work all week and I do not live close by. You called and told me my order was available for pick up. So I planned on doing that Saturday, and you are not open. Next time I will buy from an office that is more available for the customers.

The respiratory therapist and the service attendant were so rude to me today. This has always been a problem at this location but these two take it to a new level. I don’t care how difficult or time consuming moving to a new provider will be but I will definitely never go back to Carelinc.

Its a good place to be seen fast. But they dont have an xray machine so dont go there if you have a broken bone they will send you to an ER. But they are good with other ailments. Also check with your insurance provider as they dont except all carriers.

I would have given it no stars if I could. What ever you do dont bother calling the store ahead of time for information because you will get a totally different answer when you get there. My husband went in to get new CPAP supplies. We had called ahead to see if we needed an appointment to try newer equipment. We were told, no just come in and we can help you. We get there and were told no you needed an appointment. When we told them we called ahead it was like I dont know what to tell you attitude. Youll have to come back. I told her well we will just go somewheres else, she could care less. All I can say is with that attitude, you lost a long time customer.

Care Link is so unorganized its unbelievable. Im a Maintenance Director at a nursing home so we deal with care link often. I requested a lift chair for a resident. This particular resident prefers to sleep in the lift chair instead of a bed. The chair we are renting is not working correctly, (in which the tech should verify if the chair is working properly before leaving I thought) it doesnt lift all the way up so the resident can get up himself, it also doesnt recline at all. I called care link about the problem and they sent a tech out 3 days later to confirm the chair was broken, he said he would order parts and never returned. I call care link again telling them the tech never came back to fix or replace the chair. Care link tells me that they have a chair coming from Grand Rapids and it will be there by weds. I wait a few more days, no chair. I call again, this time care link has no clue about my previous calls about the chair, there is nothing on the record by the residents name that I called requested a diff chair nothing. Mind you every time I call I let care link know that we need this chair asap. because the resident sleeps in it. Now their saying another chair will come in from Grand Rapids again, I feel like im getting the run around, meanwhile still paying for the broken rental chair. this has been going on for 2 wks now and still no chair. terrible service, the lady on the phone was rude like i was inconveniencing her. When really Care Link is inconveniencing us, this is the type of things residents complain about to the state. BIG PROBLEM.

After reading several of the reviews I am not surprised at the lack of customer service at this Carelinc location. Upon entering the store I saw a take a number ticket taker, no one was in the store so I approached the first desk out of the three, all with employees, and with out any kind of greeting I was asked what I was there for, which was my first cpap appt, and was told you need to go back and press the ringer on the sign. I saw no sign but was informed in a not so nice manner its back there!. The sign leaves a lot to be desired. A two year old could have done a better job of making a sign that explained what customers should do before approaching any employee. Really, is this customer service? After learning the ropes of how I should conduct myself I was called back for my appointment and as I walked by the offensive employee, she sat and smiled at me with a very smug look on her face. If I can go any where else I will. I work in customer service and have never had any employee be as rude to an approaching client. I dont understand how a manager/owner will put up with employees that treat their customers with less than respect as I have read in so many of the reviews and how poorly I was treated.

Sept. 2017... went in to the Portage office and paid cash for a set of wheelie bars for our sons wheelchair, we only received one wheelie bar about a month later ~ Then... 3 months ago I went in there again to order another set but this time they told me we had to go through his insurance company and they would need a script from the Dr., so I called our Dr. and our nurse did what needed to be done ~ We waited for the proper time period and never had any communication with them, so I called... had to leave 2 messages 2 different times and finally 2 weeks later we get a call that they were going to Portage and they would call me to come in ~ Well... 3 days later they end up at our door step with the box wide open and the parts not all there ~ So... we call again... they give us the run around and told us theyll be in, in about 2 weeks ~ Its been a month, so I call today... they say that they came in on the 22nd but dont know where they are... we are giving them 48 hours to find them and get them to us our well be calling the news station about this company and getting a lawyer... these wheelie bars are our sons legs, he is paralyzed from the belly button down and has Spina Bifida T10... he doesnt deserve this at all!!!

Staff is terrible. Out of the 3 staff members in the office not one person spoke to me the 20-25 minutes I was there. Drove over to Center Medical, I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door made my purchase and left. Took 5 minutes. I would not recommend Carelinc to any one.

Oh boy.... I went in to get replacement parts for my CPAP which I have done on occasion and after several attempts to put in my insurance info I was told that I had to pay for all the replacement parts up front because of my deductible. I told him that I have 100 coverage and never ever have paid for any replacements. I left without anything of course. I even asked him to look up my file and see.So long story I called the 888 number and low and behold I do have full coverage etc..... They are shipping me what I need asap. Without having to pay !!!!I made a trip to Portage just to go to that carelink. Probably wont ever do that again.Very frustrating.

Called day before and was told my stuff i needed was there for me. Went next day and was told nothing in my name was subscribe from my diabetic doctor. Very unorganized needed test strips for meter and a boot for my foot so i can walk around with out so much pain . Hopefully it wont get infected.
