The ABSOLUTE most amazing car buying experience I have ever had. The owner of the company took his time to take my phone calls and resolve my concerns. They made it so easy to work with, no hassle, no pressure, no hidden cost, they simply offered the best price for the vehicle. No other dealership even came close when I shopped around. I was simply amazed at how the owner truly took the time to work with me. I am a 20 year retired U.S. Army Apache Pilot, I also shopped the military pricing at other locations and was not able to even get close to what I received. I am grateful they treated me with such respect and gratitude. They truly treated me well and I cant count how many time the owner thanked for for what I did. Ive been two separate days to get my car fixed with an appointment and stay have to wait another day. Personnel problem I,m told.

Definitely would recommend Big Valley Automotive. Brittany and Gibb were honest, up front, and just great to work with. Went here after visiting the other Ford dealer in the area and couldnt get a straight answer there. Just a great overall experience and cant recommend them enough. Love my new Ford!

My wife took our new car in for the first free oil change and nobody would help her even when there was a lot of employees standing around. Then they didnt want to do the recalls that where associated with our vehicle. Instead wanted us to buy a new battery ($220). They said they couldnt do the fixes because it was bad. I have my own shop and tested it. Its just fine. But now the check engine light is on and the auto start does not function. The sales department and parts department is great. The service department will not be getting any of my business anymore.

Great service. Phil and Martin went the extra mile to make a deal happen. These guys will work for you and get it done. They got me the exact truck I wanted and they didnt even have it on their lot! Had my truck ready to go cleaned and detailed with a full tank of gas. I live about 100 miles away so it was nice for them to get everything done so I could drive up there sign my paperwork and be off with my truck, no hassles. Had an 0830 appointment to drop my car off because my a/c wasnt working. I called 8 hours later and they didnt even start on it. When I got to the dealer i was charged 60$ to be told your a/c doesnt work in those exact words....thought it was pretty funny so had to share. Edit: they gave me my money back the next day so bumping up a star.

My truck was towed in a week ago with a dead battery. The question was what was draining the battery. It a week later and no answers. I get the feeling the truck was put on the back burner and Im left renting a car for another week. No phone call from the dealership...I had to call them. Will revise review if they get it fixed and depending on communication.

Seth Daniell is beyond the best car salesman I have met. I totalled my car back in November and came to see him. They unfortunately had nothing in our budget but he tried his hardest to find us something and help. We recently went back looking for a truck for my husband. He has gone above and beyond looking for a truck for us in our budget and needs! Calls me immediately when anything slightly pops up. His very polite and relatable compared to most salesman whose only goal is to get you in a vehicle and move on to the next person on the sales floor. I highly recommend anyone looking to buy a used car start with Seth!!

We live in Erie, Colorado and recently purchased a 2013 Hyundai Genesis from Adam Baca. All of the transactions prior to purchase were handled by phone and email. Adam is great to work with and always very helpful, prompt and professional. We flew to Albuquerque and drove a rental to Clovis where Adam picked us up. When we got to Portales the car was ready and the business part was handled very quickly and professionally by Gib Tompkins. We were on are way within an hour and all followup questions and requests were also very satisfactorily handled by Adam and Gib. We had a great experience and especially with an out of state deal.

Steve kept me up to date w my vehicle within 24 hours. He politely left me a voicemail, and details about trying to diagnose the electrical problems. I have a lot of respect for the employees at my local Ford Dealership.

I feel as though they took advantage of me. I had to get home and they kept raisin g the price every time I checked on progress. I was told an estimate of 4 to 500 dollars.. at the end I paid $1590.00!!! My car is running.. so I am glad for that.. but I felt robbed. Hopefully I never need them again.

Had vehicle for about a month due to repairs. Did not wash vehicle during this time nor did they clean their trash out of the car i.e. bags of chips etc.
