When the automated car wash attacked my bike rack and scratched the back of my car, and I wasnt sure how much damage was actually done, my first thought was to go to Porterville Collision for a fair assessment. In the past they had been wonderful to work with, and though I hadnt seen Tony in a few years, he stopped what he was doing to touch up my scratches (bumpers arent metal any more, I dont need to worry about rust), and problem solve the damage to my bike rack. He spent 45 minutes with me, working to bend it back into shape so that it will function. When I tried to pay him for his time, he refused, saying he knew Id be back and refer others. We are so lucky to have a local businessman who is there for us no matter how big or small our crises. Thank you, Tony and Porterville Collision!

Wonderful experience. I hit a hawk with my new F250. The bird creased the front of the hood. It wasn’t significant but needed to be prepared nonetheless. I arrived the day after the incident (Wednesday). I am traveling full time over the summer and was only on Porterville visiting family. I was schedule to leave the following Monday. I explained the situation to the rep. They got me in the same day and my truck was completed, as promised, on Friday.The work theY did looks great. Looks brand new as I expected. Super happy with the service and the work. Highly recommend.
