This is such a great glass shop and all the guys are awesome to work with. Ive been lucky enough to only need their services twice over the years, but my State Farm Insurance customers have been using them for over twenty years. My window regulator in my driver door went out. They replaced it then 2 days later it was broke again. They fixed it the third time and 2 weeks later it was broke once again and tried to tell me I was lying about it being broke. I recorded it on my phone to show them that it was messing up. So they replaced it a fourth time and a few days ago it broke once again. I personally bought the correct part for it for way less than what they were charging. The part alone was $175, and they were charging me almost $400 for them to fix it and it only took me 15 minutes to replace unlike their 3 to 4 hours even though clearly they werent busy.

The Glass Doctor rocks! A rock hit my daughters windshield, left a hole, and I just knew it was going to crack the entire window. The Glass Doctor came to my home and performed their magic in less than 15 minutes. The Glass Doctor technician came to my work place and repaired my windshield right in the parking lot. He put a new windshield and seal in for the window. The windshield was spotless and he even took my old oil change reminder off the old windshield and put it on the new windshield. He check my wipers and reported they were in good shape. I appreciate the quick and professional service that was provided, and I didnt even have to drive to a shop...they came to my work. Fantastic!!!!

Quick. Helpful. Courteous. Repair made to my Jeep Renegade windshield was cheaper than going through my insurance and a very professional job was done. No mess. No fuss. Done at my job. Done on my schedule the same day the rock pinged my windshield.

My windshield was cracked and needed to be replaced. Due to technology in the vehicle, it is no longer just, pop it out, pop it in. The new windshield must be calibrated with the sensors, etc. This was going to be a somewhat lengthy process. Glass Doctor picked up my vehicle from my house, took it to their business, worked their magic and returned it. I didnt have to sit somewhere in a mask for hours waiting. Thank you for taking this extra step.

We have used The Glass Doctor in Porterville several times for windshield chips - however --- I didnt realize what else they could do - so I ask.When we wanted a 9 long glass table top for my formal dining - Jon quoted us a price, knew the thickness we would need for proper strength - knew how wide the bevel should be - and sent two men to deliver the finished table top - on time at the quoted price! Its so nice to work with professionals.
