This was my first time going into the Porterville store. The first two ladies were very kind and helpful. Once I went up to pay the evening supervisor was not friendly never asked if anyone helped me, no how are you? No thank you have a good night nor did she ask for my email for coupons. She seemed very cold. I love Bath and Body Works everywhere that I have gone, friendly atmosphere, helpful and kind. This visit was definitely a disappointment. My hometown is Porterville, I was saddened that this was in my town. I went on November 2, 2012 at around 8:20pm. I believe in shopping locally as long the customer is appreciated. This was not the case for me.

Friendly, helpful staff and items are well stocked. The store is clean and well organized. I forgot my lip gloss at the counter and they ran out to me outside the store to give it to me 🥺💕

Usually when I take the time to write a review its to give a seller a five star review. This will be the first negative review. I just left the store feeling humilliated and taken for a thief. I paid for 6 soaps and a 5 dollar hand sanitizer. When I left to load my car I noticed only the soaps were in the bag. So, I decided to walk back to the store and ask for the item I left behind and the cashier said she put it in my bag implying I was trying to steal. I told them they could check my car if they wanted ....and, with a tone, she kept saying it wasnt back in the counter so I must have taken it in my bag. I thought about starting a battle I know 100% I was going to win (since they must have camaras in the store) but decide I wasnt going to spend my time arguing over a $5 hand sanitizer. NOT SHOPPING HERE ANYMORE! EVER!

I was so happy at this stores selection. They had more than three 75% off tables with most of the favorites. Store was clean, well stocked & very helpful staff. Their semi-annual sale is the time to think ahead for birthdays, anniversaries & times when you want to surprise others with gifts everyone loves. Id recommend this store to everyone wanting a great deal, next one will be in the summer. Happy 🛍️ shopping

Good experience this time. Not too crowded. Didnt have to stand in long lines. But I was disappointed they had no Noir. Thats one of the main fragrances I went there for.
