I had gone to 2 other stores in town to try out the mattresses and compare prices. I took into consideration that I didnt have to buy a box spring because it didnt need one and that the electric frame was free if you spent a certain amount and you buy a queen at a twin size.This bed is for my son who has sleep problems and body aches. He tried all the mattresses at the different stores we visited and choose this one we purchased through you as being the best for his needs.The people that worked in the store were pleasant, informed and patient.

I do not like sales people in my face. I made that known as soon as Justin opened his mouth. Justin ignored my comments and redirected his conversation with my wife. Non offensively and actually very cordially. Justin continued to address me and my wife as I continued to not budge on my distaste for his conversation. Justin continued to work, regardless of my ill-mannered behavior.All in all if I were to hire someone to represent me and my company, I would highly recommend Justin. Much better selection and very organized compared to the other two stores we visited first. Our sales person Brittany was also great, knowledgeable, no pressure applied or haggling required. We did have a little bump in the road with the mattress delivered being the wrong size but that was very quickly resolved without any real hassle or inconvenience on our part. Both delivery teams were polite and eager to please. Would definitely recommend giving them a try.

For me sleep is important for me because I suffer from sleep apnea and original box spring beds just cause my apnea to be worse and my body to be twisted. Horrible horrible horrible customer service from Ray. He was extremely rude, disrespectful, and yelled at the customer. The mattress that the customer ordered didnt come in because he did not correctly do his job. When the customer came in for a refund he didnt know how to do that and was disrespectful during the whole process. Will never come back here again.
