I’m a 19 year old girl and I don’t know literally anything about cars so I’m also scared to go to car shops out of fear of being ripped off (as the old trope goes). I came here by myself really scared and probably annoyingly overdramatic, however this team helped me out with my emergency cheaply and very quickly. Im speechless. Absolutely hands down the BEST tire shop in town. Not only are they friendly but they take the time to explain what the problem is and they dont sell you what you dont need. Offered me popcorn and coffee. I loved it. I felt at home. Nice and clean.

I came on my lunch, had a small issue. I had a nail/or screw stuck on my tire. I waited at least 40mins but they was able to fix it. Im so thankful, da guys i encounter were friendly and professional...i will definitely come back...

Its always a pleasure to visit this store. This time I needed a new tire pronto, and it was ordered and installed within a day. The staff are polite and friendly. No popcorn this time, due to the coronavirus, but totally understandable. Ill be back!

Since Monday I have gone to 3 other retail tire centers. One of them told me they had the tires, twice, over the phone. I left my car there for 5 hours for them to call me and tell me they were not in stock. Two other quotes were nearly double the cost compared to what Les Schwab provided me. ALL of them have a tremendous wait time 2-5 hours. This morning I was greeted promptly and out the door in roughly 35 minutes. This place is a hidden gem and I have learned my lesson :) Thanks Guys!

Always a great place to get help. I know nothing about cars. My tires kept losing air so remembering back in the 90s how great I was treated I chose to take my car into Les Schwab to get my tires checked. After 20 plus years the customer service hasnt changed. I had a wonderful experience. They checked all my tires and filled them with the appropriate amount of air and took the one tire off that had lost air twice to make sure it was ok. They didnt try to sell me anything nor did they charge me for their time. I can say a company that I started using back in the early 90s in another town in northern California that gave me wonderful service and is now 20 plus years later in another town giving me the exact wonderful service says a lot about a company. I would recommend Les Schwab to everyone!!! Thank you for the great customer service!!!

It was fun while waiting for our work to be done on our Chevy truck, I watched the tire technicians as they literally RAN from one bay to the next, and in and out of the shop. I learned that they are trained to do this. Even when leaving the job, they RAN to the lot. Amazing. They did good fast work as well.

These guys are always helpful. I have been going to them since they opened. They are attentive and knowledgeable.I go through tires like you wouldnt believe. I have two trucks. A Dodge Ram 3/4 ton and a Chevy 1 ton. I haul a dump trailer, usually loaded around the mountains that are nothing but steep turns and rough terrain all day everyday. So I go through breaks and tires a lot. These guys do both well. Highly recommended!!

Wow Ridiculous, Quoted Me $45 to Mount and Balances 1 TIRE and Switch it with Spare that was on the Car, I took it to a TRUE LOCAL SHOP AND HAD IT DONE FOR $15! I had $1800 worth of work done on my truck 4 months ago with good customer service, BUT NOW THEY LOST ME AS A COSTUMERS FOR LIFE BECAUSE HOW MANY PEOPLE GET RIPPED OFF IN PRICING EVERY DAY!

Went in cause I had a tire going flat. I just drove 12 hours from northern cali to visit family in porterville. So I pulled in to les Schwab, as soon as I came out of my car a guy named lane helped me out. He got me in and out with in 15min. Just want to thank lane for taking care of me. Needed to back tires on my sons truck asap because he picked up a bolt on Plano, he was headed to Bako with a racecar behind him and I had his teammates car behind me. Told the shop guy I needed two tires on the back of the truck pulling in asap and he ran back to the bay told my son to pull up in front of the bays and by the time we walked across to Subway and came back they were just finishing up.Great job by the team there. Sorry I didnt catch the guys name but hollared thank you as I was pulling out cuz he was down in the pit and he yells back your welcome...lol

These guys have been a life saver not only on one account but 2!!! i had 2 of my trucks beak down on 2 different occasions and they were there to help. yesterday my truck broke down close to there location i had my truck towed to les Shwab. The guys there found the parts to fix my truck 40 min away he sent one of there employees to go get it FREE of charge and got me going in 3 hours. They change both seals in the rear replaced the studs and brake. Amazing Job.... I felt that i was there most important customer and they have earned my business in the future... im about 3 hours away from them but next time i need tires Etc I would gladly go back to them and spend 3 hours driving for the customer experience. Thanks Guys.........
