Its cool, as soon as you walk in they greet you. They are def on their toes about trying to assist you,and they let u know they are around which is good to avoid theft. They recently cleaned the floors so looks nice. They have good fishing stuff,nice amount of different things,camping also. They dont have too many tents to choose from.

Prices on Clearance items are the same as when on sale YET CLEARANCE and SALE are at being DIFFERENT??? The shoes are not greatly made and you can get the same shoe material wise 60% cheaper other places. Staff to many and NOT enough. Ok the store is ok.

One of my top FAVORITE places to go. They have almost everything for your outdoor needs. Even some things that you didnt know you needed....however, they dont carry traditional BOW STRINGS for long bows and/or recurves for example. They have ARROWS, QUIVERS and arm BRACERS. CROSSBOWS, BOLTS, TARGETS and even CROSSBOW STRINGS. Doesnt really make any sense to me that they wouldnt have any TRADITIONAL bow strings. In fact, its kind of DISAPPOINTING.STILL, one of my FAVORITE places though!💯

I wish they had more selection. They are the only sporting goods store in town. Seriously lacking.

In my opinion they should relocate to a bigger place. There is too much inventory on the floor to walk when there are other customers. I do like how they pay attention to you as soon as you walk through the door asking if they can assist with anything.

Terrible customer service. Called at 5:30 to ask the firearm department a simple question. Was put on hold for over 30 minutes, so I ended the call. I then called again and was put on hold again for another 25 minutes and never got through to a person. I know this store, especially the firearms department, and they are never busy. Never got my question answered nor my call answered. All around terrible service. The woman that put me on hold for the 2 times I called sounded like she didn’t like it when I mentioned firearms.... maybe you shouldn’t work at a sporting goods store.

Great customer service and prices are good but long wait to use the dressing room and needs to be covered on top the workers on ladders had to wait to get things up high because they can see in dressing room.

Went to return two life jackets that had barely been used. Manager asked for my receipt and i told him I’d paid with my card. He couldve very easily looked up the brand or SKU like every other major retailer, but instead decides to insult me and accused me of purchasing them at another store. If your default response is to accuse your customers of theft, then you shouldn’t be in business. Absolutely discraceful. I will certainly never be back there again.

Ive gone to this place back in the day, but the last time i visited this place i wasnt even greeted when i walked up to a employee to as a question about a certain item i was looking for even asked for the manager which was hiding in the weapons section back room. I asked for my item which he said they didnt carry anymore then asked about a another one which i know i just saw right in front of me. He told me the same thing and disappeared back into his hole like i wasnt even there.

Everytime I go in here it takes an act of god just to get help. I went in and even the manager acted like I was invisable. Customers are why you have jobs A holes. Ill take my business elsewhere from now on, I dont mind the drive to visalia cause in n out and red robin is there.
