Laura at customer service did not display appropriate and satisfying customer service. I ordered an item online and went to pick it up at the store, but when I saw the item it was the wrong one. I showed her a picture of the correct item and she told me to go and get the correct item if thats what I want. I told her that I ordered it online so I wouldnt have to go look for it. She told me that there were no associates that could help me. I saw 3 associates walking around at that time who could have helped me. I did not receive help from any associate, so I had her refund my money and I went across the street to Lowes and bought the item there. I will not be back to the Porterville Home Depot because the customer service is HORRIBLE.

Nice store, I was looking for a small plumbing part that was hard to find. I was also pricing some items for future projects.Nice selection, garden dept had some good deals on plants, good amount of selections.

Plants are alive vibrant colors and beautiful flowers great customer service
