First time renting a storage and since the first step I did at the office Debbie was a really polite and helpful sales person. She had an answer to all my questions and addressed all my concerns. The unit is very spacious well kept and clean. I feel really comfortable in storing all my things in these units. Will recommend to friends and family. Overall a great experience. Called on Saturday the local person was busy and a backup location answered, took down my info and within a hour had a call back. Did everything over the phone with a couple of DocuSigns. Came onsite and found good clean unit with easy access in and out. Highly recommend this location so far.

Our rv trailer was damaged at the storge place. Went in to report it, the old Hage said. Do you have insurance, if so it will pay for the damage. Then said there cameras dont cover our trailer well, probably wont be able to tell what happened. She didnt even want to go look at the trailer or damage done.Conclusion, the cameras arent there for us. For them to prove they have been broken into.

The Sierra self storage is a nice place to store stuff of anything. They have good security to keep the units safe. The first time we went was kind of weird because we have never rented a storage unit but with the help of the nice manager we got a answers questioned which were helpful. They even got lend us their big truck, that was very helpful and we are thankful. I enjoyed the first time and so did my father and to the Spanish speaker they have a daughter that runs the facility on Fridays that speaks Spanish if thats any help.

Easy setup, convenient, clean, and great customer service. Definitely recommend if in need of storage.

Ok place to store your things but dont be there after 7pm or they will call the cops on you.

Spotless operation. Outstanding security for your belongings. Friendly, knowledgeable staff makes you feel welcome with cold water and/or coffee. Gate available with code during extended hours. Tall ceilings and impeccably clean. Staff drove us around in a golf cart to see different sized units prior to renting. Love this place.

Debbie was my first contact at the Porterville site, and she was fantastic. The units are extra high, and super clean. The staff are kind, helpful, and ready to answer your question. I was toured around and showing my unit. As I looked around the place was clean, and well kept. As I was moving in I became very thirsty, and they came to my resque with a free bottle of water. The Best I can say is they do keep it very clean. Debbie 5he receptionist/ cashier is a very good person. I personal used that storage facility for 7 1/2 years. It started out very reasonable. By the time I got out of there the unit was 58.00 a month plus they MAKE you BUY Fire Insurance for an extra $9.00 a month . I seriously thought that this was absolutely ludicrous sins Jerry and Becky are the property owners and Im sure they have to carry their own insurance. It seems they figure out a way to get all of your money. But yeah It is very clean.

I appreciate the convenience of the bigger storage units having dual end roll up doors...it makes it a lot easier to get to my stuff from both ends rather than entering in from one end to get to something in the back of the storage unit and then making room to get the item(s) of need out.

First of all I would like to start by saying Debbie was very helpful and extremely kind and you could feel the friendship vibe just by speaking with her she assisted me with my storage unit quickly and explained in detail everything I needed to know I would return if ever needed.

I like the friendly, helpful staff and this safe, clean, newer facility. It is not 24-hour, but it has extended hours using a code at the gate. I was surprised at how spacious the storage unit I got is--its ceilings are very high.
