Stay away at all costs. Bought a car from this dealer and was told everything was in great condition. Battery died in the lot and he told me it was a cold battery that needed warm up. Im not familiar with cars at all so I took his word for it. Got the car home and it was leaking fluids. Took it to an Oil can Henrys and they told me to return the car. Took it to a friend whos a mechanic who said it looked like whoever sold it tried to cover up all the issues. Called Mohammed and asked to return the car only to be told he would not consider it under any circumstances. They clearly dont inspect the vehicles they buy plus I suspect they do the very minimum repairs and just sell the car. Buyer beware!!! Dont buy from them unless you want your driveway stained and feel like spending thousands to repair a car you just bought.

Very nice cars and friendly atmosphere. Straight to the point no nonsense.I enjoyed working with Mo and Tim and I purchased a mini from them at a great price. . I definitely recommend getting a vehicle and doing business with these guys. Tell you like it is.

Messaged them online asking if the car is still available, avoided the question many times never giving an answer, went down and they had sold it. Drove 40 minutes for absolutely nothing.

I had a good experience. They worked with me to address issues with the car that was brought up dieing the test drive. They fixed them and I purchased the car. I waited a few 3 weeks to post this to determine my satisfaction and to see how car did. Im in love with the car and professionalism that they showed

Found a car on this website...went to look at it and when we said yes Mohammed took us to Jordan motorz where we signed papers with a guy named ash...bought the car on a Tuesday and by Wednesday it was back to Mohammed due to MULTIPLE warning lights coming on... he took it to kuni bmw where it sat for over a week...we get it back on a thursday night and by friday evening all the lights came onand some new ones...I called kuni directly and we towed it there Saturday morning...all the while Mohammed is up to date and actually approving kuni to work on it! Up until they said it will be 7300 dollars due to the work it needs...Mohammed does NOT approve that and calls Ash at Jordan motorz who also said he wont approve it....now its time to call our lawyer again...we called last week but wanted to see if they would do the HUMANE thing...I feel very taken advantage of and this is far from over 🤦🏼‍♀️🤷‍♀️😡

The prices of their vehicles i agree are fair but if you have a car to trade in they will take the lowest trade in value on KBB and that what they will give you. They dont care if your car is in great shape, they price out all cars in good contition which reduces your car value by about $2k. And not only that they also take the lowest number trade in price range.They do not have professional detailer or mechanic. One of the owners is rude and unprofessional. Very weird experience i had going there.

Tim was super awesome, and was welcoming and friendly. I was there to look at two BMWs and he spent time describing both to me in detail, even providing me clean Carfax reports on both. I was allowed to test drive both vehicles and he invited me to take my time and see how I liked them. They both drove exceptionally well. He seems to have a fleet of well maintained, low mileage vehicles on his lot. He seemed willing to work out the best deal possible and is working on financing for me as we speak. Regardless of how it turns out, my experience today as a potential customer was top notch - 10/10.

I didnt end up buying a vehicle from these guys, but I still had a great experience. Everyone on the staff, including both Tim and Mo, were very pleasant and were great to deal with - especially Mo since thats who we dealt with. I was coming in from out of town, and they held a car for me, making sure not to sell it out from under me when I was interested in it. Lastly and perhaps the best thing, was that I didnt feel pressured to buy the car. They wanted what was best for me. I would recommend this dealership to anybody.

The owner was real nice, I purchased a 2015 honda civic from them for a great price but was not informed that the transmission had been replaced with another one. about a year down the road the transmission is now having issues and I was told by my mechanic the transmission was not the original one. one star because they obviously dont have mechanics check their vehicles dont call yourself a dealership if you dont inspect your own cars this was multiple mechanics who told me the transmission was replaced beforehand fluid was changed at the 30,000 miles when sensor tells you to change fluid.

I tried to buy a car from them... I made multiple attempts to get them to send me a carfax for the car I was interested in that went unanswered. They even told me they would send it on 3 different occasions. No business from me. After seeing their online reviews I’m glad I didn’t pursue it further.

This smaller car lot has a lot to offer. The staff here are knowledgeable and honest, which is a rarity now.They know the ins and outs of every car they have. Carfax reports without issue. They basically let me crawl around inside my car before I purchased it, and helped trouble shoot a small issue I had encountered.They do amazing detail work, not a speck of dirt inside, anywhere. And they worked with us on price when we voiced budget concerns. They gave us a 90 day temp tag to get us through the holidays as well and I was hust genuinely impressed by their performance. Will refer more people here as needed.

Great dealer, only issue with him was regarding title registration but had figured a solution.

Bought a car that was said to have a rebuild engine and was sold as is of course but told any problems within a month to bring it back 3 weeks later the engine was leaking oil all over. Bad rebuild and got no help from them. Be careful and fully check the cars bring a mechanic with you.(2nd post)My apologies I miss counted the days the registration was the 16th so I thought I got it then. Either way 2 days after a month and still no help what so ever and very disrespectful to customers as seen in there post.And this is my only account and not harassing just simply stating what happened and informing your future customers what they might have to deal with

This is actually my first bad review I’ve ever written in my life(which should be saying something) . Let’s just say they were very difficult to deal with and were a MONTH late on sending us the part that was in the contract. The deadline for getting the part was a month earlier than we received it because they ordered the wrong part. They claimed they couldn’t find the right part online so I (a young girl with NO car knowledge) went online and found it in less than 2 minutes and sent them the link. After no responses from calling or texting the number over a period of many days, I got a hold of someone else who worked there who said “oh so you think were lying?” In a rude tone of voice. When I simply asked for a copy of the order purchase of the part (at this point it was over 3 weeks late). Very rude on the phone and I had to constantly call, text, go back to their store, and check up on them to get the part I needed (a month late.)In response to your response: I have nothing to say to that since I just went and checked the link and it worked, best of luck to you in the future I suppose!

Total scam! I bought a Subaru Tribeca from them in Halloween of last year, and here we are, not even a year later finding tons of engine problems and things that were covered up by them. The problems it had were so bad that I had to get rid of it. Beautiful car, but unfortunately they were a dishonest dealership. Would not recommend them.

I have never had a more positive buying experience than buying a car from A1 Group! The guys were knowledgeable, friendly, and just like they say: low pressure sales I was interested in a Subaru Forester on their website and I filled in a short message on the easy to navigate website, and I got a response within 10 minutes! Moe was so easygoing and full of information about the Pre-owned vehicle world, I really learned alot! I scheduled a test drive from work, and without even asking he mentioned he would send me a carfax on the vehicle!!! I was floored. I got to test drive the vehicle with my mechanic BY OURSELVES, so there was absolutely NO sales pressure (as they clearly state) Needless to say I bought the Subaru, and since then I bought a small truck for my son!! The vehicles are impeccable, clean, and thoroughly detailed. Buddy bought a car from this place and they said it was a rebuilt motor, turns out they messed up the seals and it’s leaking 2 weeks later. DO NOT BUY HERE!!!!!! This place is a scam and a bunch of bs and they lie to your face!!!
