Came here to ship something and they took care of everything. I didnt even lift a finger. They wrapped and packaged my item, and then shipped it for me. Took me just a few minutes to pay and I was out the door.Any business that will do everything for me, and I can just relax and head out, is a place Ill visit again and again!
I have been with this service for 5 years and each time it was polite, courteous, and fast. FYI, understand that once they receive approval, there is then a 3-5 business day for job completion!
All the employees were super helpful and very nice. I will definitely be returning back!!!

I am Wayne Wards wife and i just read your response to his review from 4 months ago. First of all you clerk NEVER offered me insurance on my feswx package. How dare a business lie like that. Second i didnt even know fedex offered insurance. You guys are very unprofessional to run a businesa with lies. Yes you did take care of our lost package after us writing the review. Our package is not the only one that got lost with you guys. Dont get upset and try to confront me in person when yall are the one that loses packages and we gave an honest review. We are happy to take our business elsewhere. Folks dont leave an honest bad review because this place will not take you as a customer anymore than keep you waiting to embarrass you. Watch the responces to reviews because they lie!!

I have never had an issue with them. One time a payment wasnt able to go through because the computers were acting up. They just wrote my number down and called me at the convenience of my own home to make the payment over the phone later to avoid having me wait any longer. Just above and beyond customer service from the staff.
I went in to get some invitations done for my daughters birthday and Ms. Kali Coley was the one that helped me. She really exceeded my expectations and went above and beyond with making sure I was satisfied. She had the best customer service and an awesome attitude. I will be recommending Post Net to all my friends and family and will tell them to ask for Kali!
Went to ship a bat from post net back to easton and a week went by and called easton they had not received it and they said the tracking number was showing it at post net like they never shipped it thats a 400 bat and its been 2 months now poor customer service this should have been handled along time ago will never use again.
Hate to say that I had a terrible experience here. I requested a quote through their website only to find out that they placed the order already. When I went to pick up the order, one of my prints had a smear on the ink and the total order was rolled up and this caused wrinkles and creases in the paper. After talking with Aylin and Cynthia, they informed me that I should have done this, and requested that - how is a first time customer supposed to know this? I wish they would have at least apologized for the misunderstanding instead of laughing it off when I requested a refund.

I was weary of coming here after reading all the bad reviews. I had no other choice this morning. I was pleasantly surprised to receive prompt service from Vanessa as soon as I walked in the door. She was professional, courteous, and efficient. Great experience. If youve had problems in the past, give them another shot.
They really worked with me and did a nice job. On top of that, they returned a high price item when I left it there. Im very pleased with their professionalism and consideration.
I came into postnet to ship electronics and Aylin took very well care of my package. She bubble wrapped and put packing peanuts in the box to ensure it was safe. Definitely coming back to ship here, the girls are great workers!
I’m a salesman, 1st time walking into Postnet Customer service is a big part in sales and Cindy doing the littlest thing, like I needed 25 copies of 30 page for my training class and she put a orange paper in between each copy thing of me, the customer. Thank you 😁
Shipped my wifes computer to Salem Oregon. They just need to close their doors. Box got there smashed and torn because of cheap boxes. They were suppose to bubble wrap and secure it.....its a computer for Gods sakes!! .Not all was bubble wrapped. My wife is curious6

Refused my package again! It is better to pay for shipping AND a fee for pick up at UPS AND drive across town than deal with these guys again.I had two phone numbers with instructions to call when my package arrived so I could pick them up, I left them a voice mail Saturday letting them know a package was coming to remind them, again with my phone number.After not knowing who I was for several minutes, she said my phone was disconneted, Thank you, then hung up.#downwiththebrown
Why does your company offer notary service if you can not use them unless you have an appt? Not at all convenient and I was told I could make an appt for 2:00 when they have been opened all day. No thanks! I drove over to Frost Bank where they did it for free and I did not have to wait at all. Lesson learned.
Horrible!!! Stay away from this place!! The staff is unprofessional they act clueless when asking questions. I recently started selling things online we would go into postnet to print off our prepaid shipping labels and every time it would be a different price. First it was .16 a label then it was .76 a label then a young lady tried to charge me $3 for a shipping label. When I questioned why their prices changed so drastically she replied I was being charged a computer fee . You have to be kidding me! I collected my things and told her this is how you just lost a lot of business...her response was o well... STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

Poor service. I came in a few minutes before closing. I was told they had already shut everything down and couldn’t help me. Why post hours if you don’t adhere to them? That is just bad business practice. I’ve always steered people in your direction so they didn’t have to go to Corpus for shipping services. I hope closing early was worth losing not only this customer but any future business I would’ve sent.
I agree. The employees are unprofessional & you feel miserable when you leave!
Poor service. Extremely rude employees. I will never do business with this location ever again. Cynthia and Ashley were unprofessional, yelling over the phone. All orders were wrong, even after I made changes on the proof.
