I had a specific project in mind when I went to this store. The selection of beads is decent but the customer service was appalling. I asked an employee a question and she walked away from me while talking, like my business was not worth her time. I also attempted to ask another employee and she referred me to someone else. I will continue to order via fire mountain gems (much cheaper) and utilize YouTube.
Terrific selection of beads and a knowledgeable and friendly staff. Items can be expensive but the quality is good and some items are not available elsewhere. WAY better than craft stores for quality.
