The staff were extremely helpful and sweet. I loved everything in the store. I ended up purchasing soap, a long sleeved shirt, and a beanie. I thought everything was reasonably priced.

I love this shop! They have a great, funky selection of pins, patches, shirts, and random vegan friendly goods. The biggest plus is not needing to check to see if things are cruelty free when browsing! I only wish the selection of shoes was a little better.

A great shop for the happy vegan to find clothing, pro-vegan merchandise, books, Vegan Strong items and friendly veggie staff.There is a vegan bakery on the left side and a vegan ice cream shop on the right side of the store as well. Definitely worth the visit whether you live in Portland or are just a visiting vegan from out of town like me.

A great place to find vegan and environmentally-friendly gifts for other or for yourself!! I love that they also sell some food items which is especially awesome if youre preparing a gift basket for a friend, because you can mix food and accessories. Plus, the people who work there are always so nice!!

Amazing company! Saw their business advertised at veg fest a few years ago while on a trip to Portland. Decided to order some stickers from them and they threw in a few extra ones with my order as well as wrote a thank you note on the order slip! Very personal brand who clearly cares about their cause and their customers!

Herbivore Clothing has the coolest vegan t-shirts around! The price is on par with t-shirts from other companies. You can also get vegan accessories like belts, purses, socks, and wallets. The great t-shirt designs are on buttons and stickers, too. If I had any complaint it is that the clothing doesnt come in plus sizes.

The owner provided top-notch customer service. I was disappointed with a product I purchased and she was able provide an exchange as to keep me happy. Her communication was prompt. I greatly appreciate her and the all vegan store. Please shop here for continued support and success.

I forgot to pack enough socks and shirts for a quick trip, and I stopped in here because I figured they had soft clothes. Everything I saw in the store I wanted. I ended up leaving with just three shirts and a pair of socks, but they are the softest shirts I own and I get a lot of positive comments on my socks with bumblebees. Kind and helpful staff, normal prices not vegan prices.

I came to Portland from out of town and Herbivore is one of the first places I visited! Before leaving town, I visited a second time because I loved it so much and wanted to grab some things to share with my family! Everything is super cute, unique and high quality. I had fun looking at all of the merchandise in the store. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. They even gave me a list of things to do/places to eat in Portland which was so helpful as it was my first time visiting the city. Will definitely be back next time I visit the area!

This little vegan shop is part of that vegan strip mall. I always come here every time I visit Portland. It’s a cute shop that has books, soaps, clothes, and vegan accessories. From what I understand, everything is ethically made and fair-trade. So the prices are a little higher, but it also means the goods are higher quality. Definitely coming back again and again!

Wonderful shop with a wide selection of vegan products, friendly and helpful staff, and inviting ambience. They have a vaired selection of clothing with unique designs, lots of shoes for men and women, and a lot of fun accessories too. We shopped for our vegan daughters and went home with t-shirts and cards that scored us many points!

Bought a vegan wallet from here, had a few color options and styles to choose from, a little on the pricey end but goes to a good cause. Wallet is very sturdy and has been great so far. recommend for vegan accessories.

I had the best experience here. I went a little crazy buying books lol but they were too good to pass up! Loved the gifts I picked up and the “Be Kind” tops are so cute. I love my new vegan nail polish too. The owner Michelle was so kind along with her team! Sarah was the sweetest. They were excited for me to experience the area for the first time. Ive been here maybe 5x which I would rate 3-4 stars. Pretty nice selection, okay prices, pretty nice employees. This time, someone different was working and when I asked her about snow boot ideas etc, I not only got amazing suggestions but also felt like I got a reality check on why Im doing what Im doing through veganism and being a confident woman (whether thats quite what she was going for, maybe its a stretch) but I drove home in the snow thinking about every thing she said. It resonated w me and even though it was all really light, on track, & helpful... I feel like that was truly why I was compelled to cross town through the snow. Thanks for everything you guys do 💚

Being a Vegan friendly establishment and remaining in business is probably still quite a challenge despite the fact that more and more people are open to eliminating cruelty towards animals and wish to adopt values that will help save the environment of our planet. That is why we took upon ourselves to visit and purchase in as many Vegan-Friendly places while we visited Portland. Herbivore Clothing is one of these places and we were happy to visit and buy from them. Also, the people working during the two times we visited were friendly and also gave us a little pamphlet providing Vegan-Friendly options in Portland. We used the information and visited several of the listed addresses. Thank you for doing your share in helping the world become a more humane place.

A great little shop full of vegan awesomeness. The ladies at the counter were especially helpful, because when they learned that my wife & I were there on our honeymoon they gave us a brochure with listings of so many vegan restaurants and shops in the city which we used throughout the rest of our trip and even gave a few of their personal recommendations. We really appreciated the added touch and the insight.

The reason I am giving this location 3 stars is the door way and the ability for some one with a wheelchair or walker to get around in the store. The items with in the store are GREAT but it is not easy for a person with a wheelchair to get around.

Bought a sweatshirt and necklace from them. Not only were they super cute and comfortable, but when there was an issue with my order they were really easy to talk to. Definitely recommend their products!!

Herbivore is cute, fun, engaging, and vegan!I am not vegan. My wife is. But Im supportive, and I generally try to accommodate when I can. So I went into Herbivore looking for a vegan belt for guys, and also a vegan wallet to replace my old wallet. I found both of those at Herbivore. Their totebags are super high quality, last a long time. The one weve had for almost a year still looks brand new and we use it all the time.The one thing I wish they had was vegan mens shoes. Also clothing that was vegan but without so much threadlessy design logo on it. I guess thats not their thing, its more stuff you would wear to be vegan and proud. I dig that.The cookbook section was also really cool to look at, because they had vegan cookbooks beyond the basics you see everywhere else. Stuff Ive never seen before. And the people behind the counter were super nice.If youre in Portland, go visit Herbivore and get a cruelty-free belt or a shirt or something. Youll feel better and your clothes will look snappy.
