We were fairly new to commercial brewing and Scott of Stout helped us from start to finish with what would work best for us in our budget. He not only helped us with ordering but taught us a ton about the products and how they all went together. We ended up getting every thing from stout and they take care of all necessary from pumps to chillers. They are also well priced so you know you are getting a quality product but not being ripped off nor getting something that is of poor quality. Even after the sale and delivery, Scott helped us with doing a video conference to walk us through all the million parts that we had. We had an issue with our glycol chiller and they were great and able to help too. Rich is another person who was great. Sometimes we couldnt get Scott on the phone and Rich was able to assist. Karen and Michael in shipping and invoicing were also a big help. No complaints here. I did research on other suppliers that provide for the 3bbl and similar size. There were several others but none as qualified. If someone were to want to get assistance and start up like us, I would recommend Stout Tanks without any sort of reservation. thx guys. I am on my second professional system now from Stout Tanks, having recently picked up a full 3BBL setup for my nano brewery. The first 1BBL system purchased in 2014 has lasted us 5 years while we slowly scaled up our recipes and distribution network. After close to 50 faultless brews on the small system, we are ready to pass it on to another developing brewery for many more years of use. When it came time to upgrade to a 7bbl brewhouse, I shopped around a bit and ultimately chose to work with Stout Tanks and Kettles because of their reputation for quality equipment and customer service. This was my first experience with Stout Tanks, and it has been an amazing experience so far. I am blown away by the high quality of their brewing equipment and their commitment to my success as a brewer. I have been working with Don, who recently personally flew down to Mexico to help me with the installation of my new 7 bbl brewing system. He walked me through processes, showed me some pro techniques to maximize efficiency, helped me improve my recipes, and remained extremely patient with me as I asked a ton of questions. Don even taught me how to properly count yeast cell counts to improve and ensure consistent fermentation. All around amazing experience with this company!We will definitely be calling back when it comes time for my next brewhouse upgrade. A great local place to pick up gaskets, valves, and accessories! Ive gotten plenty of miscellaneous parts and a few yeast brinks from them as well. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I have not purchased vessels from them, but if you are looking for a small home-brew or full scale professional brewhouse thats both quality and affordable then Mikey P is the guy to talk to.

My brewery (Southern Yankee Beer Company) purchased a turnkey 3.5 bbl electric brewhouse, control panel, glycol chiller, fermenters, and kegs from Stout Tanks, plus accessories. Stouts sales team was very helpful in developing the full purchase spec for our brewery, taking into account our cooling needs and working with us to properly size our glycol chiller, which included cooling demand for a bespoke refrigerator. Im very happy with the quality of the delivered equipment, and ongoing support has been excellent. The only reason I cant give a five star review is that Stout was consistently unable provide decently accurate forecasted delivery dates, which could have been problematic.At the end of the day Im very happy with Stouts products and performance and I would purchase from them again.

BUYERS BEWARE!!! Very poor customer service! Not very knowledgeable about the questions I asked about the tanks I ordered. They were unsure about dates and times of shipping or a projected date and time for a destination delivery. They gave no confirmation on anything… No tracking #num, no confirmation #num or a legitimate billing invoice or Email pertaining to my order. I was told my shipment would be here on Wed 9-17 or Thur 9-18. It is now Mon the 22nd and nothing showed up. I never received any phone call or Email about my products or delivery. I made a $2000 deposit a month ago and a $500 payment about 2 weeks later. I made efforts to rush my order because Im leaving town. I also made a credit card payment to speed the process up. They told me that they wont ship till the last payment has cleared. However, that is NOT what was DISCLOSED when I FIRST asked about payments and delivery. I paid about $3500 to this business and as of now and Im left in question about theyre integrity and honesty. THIS COMPANY HAS NO STANDARD PRACTICE OF QUALITY SERVICE TO CONSUMERS.

Take notice of the reviews. They are very much true. You call to check on your shipments and they hang up the phone. Very Unprofessional and will not recommend this company to anyone needing equipment.
